Really bad delivery system. I ordered at 12pm and needed items for a party in the evening and as they mention same day delivery it was supposed t be most convenient. 5pm I get an email that the products are out for delivery. However after constant follow ups and my calls being eventually cut and not answered someone came to my house at 10 pm with the products. Whatever the delivery timeline is they do not need to misguide you about this. I was told that the delivery will be reaching any minute when I tried to follow up and yet it took them 5 hours. If that is the case they could have informed me and I would have arranged for the items by other means.

Have ordered multiple times with them, they have a wide variety of product's available that are easily not available in stores like spencer's and big basket. Their customer customer service is extremely flawless!! Absolutely recommend this store.

One stop destination for anything and everything fresh and exotic. The most important thing is the after sale service if ever you guys face or have any concerns just one call away and they do their best to fix it. The one thing i have learned is they give much more importance and value to customers. Cheers 🫶🏻

A high end grocery store selling gourmet foods. Imported cheeses, artisanal breads, imported biscuits and sauces, etc. Very well stocked and well displayed. The prices are high and rightly so. One has to be prepared to pay for quality.

You get what you need for the good salad in abundance! The lavash and humas are the best !! Most Asian leaves and international stuff is available .

Nice grocery store with fresh exotic veggies and other produce, along with a decent collection of imported beverages, snacks and other items. Their online ordering system also works really well.

My order was placed ages ago. My address is a minute from the shop. After 3 hours I have no feedback or delivery. Why is such horrible delivery service still operational

Terrible experience. They list items on their site that they can't deliver because of lack of adequate manpower, then they call and ask customers to wait, thereafter calling them to know that the items can't be delivered because they don't have stock. Why are such people still in business? Anyone doubting this review should send me their email address as a response so I can send them screenshots of my order and everything that happened thereafter. Or else believe the review and stay away.

The freshest of the fresh salad leaves, produce, herbs , etc. Many hard to find elsewhere. The pasta and other gourmet sauces are just world class and delicious. I am totally sold on FRESH AISLE. Also, a big thank you to my in-store helper, BABUSHONA, who is very knowledgeable about each product and very helpful in guiding me through my purchase. Definitely will return. The best produce store in Kolkata. A word about the layout- spacious, clean and products well organized and easy to find.
