I frequently visit the station, and it's an impressively constructed facility. However, the main issue lies in its maintenance. Currently, the restrooms are often clogged, dirty, and unusable. Additionally, there are no clear signs to guide visitors or passengers for platform entry and exit, although the markings outside the platform are sufficient. Furthermore, the announcements on the platform are occasionally inaudible, causing inconvenience for some passengers. I hope the responsible group can address these concerns promptly. It would be beneficial to provide seating arrangements on the platform as well.

What a beautiful railway station.. Doesn't feel like a station, it resembles an airport. World class facilities, enormously huge space, utility stores, toy trains, giant ceiling fan, artistic interior.. Just wow.. India and Indian railways are definitely on the right track. Kudos to this magnificent building.

In locals this station is popularly known as habibganj station which is it's previous name. This station is one of the best railway station of India. Walking on this station gives you feel like you are walking in the mall. In front of the station there is parking for your vehicles. & outside the station you can easily get auto rickshaw but you should know bargaining at first they demand high prices but from bargaining you can easily get it. From entrance to boarding train & exist you can see the entire station is very neat & clean. This station also famous for it's beautiful infrastructure & still development work is going on. Entry & exist area of this station is separated from each other & waiting room is also very large which is very helpful for others. You can easily get a drinking water water cooler is installed in every platforms. The cost of the food of this station is little bit high so I suggest if you have a time buy it from outside the station otherwise you can buy it from here.

Country's first privately owned railway station. Well maintained, clean platforms. Good number of escalators, staircases and lifts. The road connectivity moving from one side to another externally is the longest I have ever seen. Ample food outlets, kiosks to access. The station feels safer than Bhopal station for some reason.

It has now been reconstructed by private entities and looks world class with wifi facility and proper sign boards to go around the station at all levels. Also the main hall of station has well placed food courts as well which makes it look like an airport.
