We were 7 of us, mainly women and we booked our trip with stay pattern to Kashmir. Our trip was nothing less than perfect. Special mention to our driver, Bilal. We had such a lovely experience with him. He made us all feel safe and so welcome. We’ll never forget it! We stayed for 5 days and each day we did something special. Each day was more beautiful than the other. Kashmir felt like home because of the people there, especially Bilal. 😊 he had no hesitations in showing us or taking us anywhere we wanted to go to. Always punctual and stayed throughout our trip. The itinerary made for us was also exactly what we needed. We covered whatever we wanted to do and see in Kashmir. It was such a lovely trip

We had a 8 day trip to Kashmir and we got Bilal as our driver for the entire trip. Our entire journey was smooth and awesome and Bilal was extremely polite and friendly and helped us in everything from sightseeing to getting us hotels at cheaper prices. If you’re here in Kashmir you should definitely opt for their service and especially request Bilal as your driver. Very very safe driving too. Loved the entire trip and we hope to visit soon again.

Javid was our point of contact for stay pattern and we had originally contacted him for only an airport pickup from Srinagar airport to Gulmarg. Soon we realised they help organise a bunch of other activities so we ended up relying on them for cabs, guides, restaurant recommendations, taking us to few far flung places like buta pathri and even getting skiing lessons. All the people who helped us throughout the journey were wonderful from Javid to Bakshi to Bashir. Would definitely recommend them for any help you would need in and around Gulmarg.

Spent 5 days at Gulmarg. Stay Patterns (Sehar) who were working with our bombay based travel agent (Deepa of Travel Cloud) helped with booking at Khyber which we were unable to find availability online. We were greeted at Srinagar airport by Baasit, our knowledgeable and friendly driver and guide who drove us to Gulmarg and also back from Gulmarg to Srinagar. Baasit really made this trip warm and personal, and it was a pleasure to have his company as our driver. We did have a hiccup with our gondola bookings which were not done in time for the dates we had requested due to a slip up, for which alternate tickets were arranged. If it has not been for this hiccup the experience would have deserved a 5 star rating. Overall would travel again with this team.
