I was a regular visitor to Dr.Chandramouli for quite sometime. I would like to call him a Vaccine doctor, who focuses only on selling Vaccines. Even before Covid, he would not touch infants. The first Pediatrician who does this. Also when my kid was affected with Typhoid, he could not even identify and when things went out of control, he referred to BGS, and my kid who was 1.5 year old had to spend 3 days in ICU, all because the Doctor could not identify, symptoms of something this basic. Another way to build hype is to make patients wait, and give an impression that the clinic is in demand. I would have given 0 Stars if there was a option. As I dont think I would want any parent to risk their infants with this clinic

1 star because his fees is less and have good appointment booking system rest all is worst and very unprofessional. Receptionist seems to be highly uneducated, irresponsible and so do their Doctor. Being a pediatrician he has zero patience level, highly rude, don't check children's vitals properly, in fact he don't touch the child. It is good only for roadside working class people who can't afford other Doctor. Never ever in my life I have such Doctor. Won't recommend anyone for sure

Not so good management.. Too much wait time. Had to wait for more than 2 hours with a not feeling good 2 month old... People management need to be improved.. After all the wiat Doctor does not even touch the kid. He just hears what we say and prescribe medicine, does not analyse furthur or check the cause. Visiting this doctor is as good as taking medicine in a pharmacy. Receptionist is rude.. Personally not happy with the clinic

Dr Chandramouli is an angel for kids. A great committed, service minded doctor in Kengeri upanagar. The rush in the clinic is a proof of his talent, yet he gives enough time to understand the issue. Also his staff maintains the crowd very well. I have been taking my daughter here for around 3 years & I am always satisfied with his medication. Thanks doctor, may God bless you with health and wisdom to cure kids with whatever they come across.

Doctor is very good, but booking system and receptionist are not......please change and educate both

Avoid this doctor at all costs. He won't even touch the child and can only treat basic ailments like fever and provide vaccinations.His misdiagnosis caused our kid unnecessary suffering. The doctor doesn't have a examination bed and never get up from his chair. I have serious concerns about his treatment skills. The only attraction is the lower fee, which draws many patients. Doctor is quite ineffectual. There is no 0 star hence giving 1

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience. My daughter was suffering from a high fever, we called the clinic beforehand to inquire about the current patient load. We were informed that there were only four patients in the queue and were encouraged to come. However, upon arrival, it became apparent that there were actually 30 people ahead of us. Despite explaining our urgent situation and the long distance we had traveled, the receptionist was unhelpful and lacked empathy. This misinformation and lack of consideration in an emergency situation are concerning and disappointing. I believe in providing constructive feedback, but the discrepancy between the information provided over the phone and the actual situation created unnecessary stress for my family. I urge people who visit here not recommended, such incidents may happen to others. Just 100mts there is another kids clinic Dr. Anupama is good treated well satisfactory.

After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes at the clinic Sorry to say that a women aged around 50-60 was kept as a recipient at the clinic showed how irrespect and misbehaved with her actions towards child and we being muslim more then enough expect all others we muslim were treated as specially different please keep the receptionist who is humble like a mother not a racist and will never be stepping here again thank you sir/ madam

The doctor is good in my opinion. And, the booking system is also pretty helpful. If only visitors were patient.

No 1 Doctor i think so .....very supportive and accurate treatment for kids...

Receptionist is very rude. in case of emergency also she asks us to wait. my kid was vomiting from morning 5 am. for which no emergency treatment was provided to my 3 yr old kid. heartless people

1) He is not a Pediatrician at all. He has not done Master degree in Pediatrics. Without a proper degree or education he is trying to fool people. 2) He doesn't touch any babies and kept a long stick stethoscope to treat babies like untouchables. 3) He or his assistants never check fever for any babies. He just gives medicines randomly. Mr. Chandramouli, you couldn't diagnose balanitis in the kid and talked nonsense every time. If you are only concerned about Time, Number of patients, Vaccination money, Lab test money and Medicines money then you are unfit to practice. First touch babies and give proper treatment rather than trying to fool people. If you do so, at least you would do justice to your Diploma education.

The clinic lacks basic examination equipment, and the doctor doesn't even get up from his chair, which is concerning. Questionable treatment skills. Only making money from vaccination. My kid sufferred a lot due to lack of his experience. Worst pediatrician.
