Experienced and prompt engineers. I was promised delivery by Saturday evening but they couldn't finish work by then but delivered next morning although shop was closed then. Also I was told that the delivery person would call before coming but he landed up at my doorstep without informing. They accept payment via paytm so that's great.

Their service is swift & effective. My laptop had crashed during the lockdown, Nitin ensured it was taken care of in 3 days...without me having to step out of my house. This was done recently, once we entered unlock 2.0 phase with some respite on relaxation from the Maharashtra CM. Although I did have to manage work without one for 2 months...since the laptop crashed in April! I had a niggling problem with my laptop and Nitin's team helped to resolve the issue. Nitin provided me helpful guidance over phone regarding my queries. This was my first experience. Thankfully, it was quite pleasant. I just hope that their Saki Vihar Road setup is up and running very soon.

They are a very professional company. I had called them a night before and the owner of the company had come to diagnose my MacBook. Unlike other technical people or companies, he diagnosed my MacBook for 2 hours at my home. Post diagnosis he mentioned that the problem. Interestingly, the reason he shared was different from the authorised MacBook repair centre. MacBook repair centre had said that the motherboard has an issue and we should rather buy a new MacBook. This company and owner proved that macbMac repair centre diagnosis was wrong and actually problem was with harddisk. The owner then took the laptop and diagnosed it for 2 days. Once he was 100% sure it's harddisk issue he advised me to replace the harddisk. Throughout the service duration he was very disciplined, professional and displayed strong work ethics. He might seem expensive when it comes to diagnosis charges but it fully worth it. He saved me 60+ K on a new MacBook. I recommend everyone to trust him on his service.

I was having issues with the WiFi connectivity as the WiFi card stopped working. But with help of Nitin ji and Akash ji they were able to guide and help me successfully in downloading new WiFi adapter card and issue has got resolved. I highly recommend them.

Nitmac is a group of wonderful and friendly people. They explained the problem, contrarily to saying, ' Ye problem hai. Itna hoga'. They did not speak 'bout rates, till asked. Very prompt communication, too.
