I was surrounded by smiling faces. All along my three weeks treatment. Wonderful Ayurvedic food and extraordinary massages… A doctor and his assistant are taking care of you for the whole week. Treatment , food and the whole stay at the resort was excellent . I am very happy and grateful to the staff..

Great hidden location. Best treatment received by the therapist Rajitha. Food was good as prescribed by the in house doctor Radhika. All the staff very helpful Neeraj, Jitu, Sebastian, Mohan, Ram very helpful. The driver Mr Kumar great driver. Last but not least Mr Shameer the CEO of Ayur Wake Up. Very helpful and makes you feel at home. The yoga session in the morning was really good. We could do with more yoga or meditation sessions. The treatment received was wonderful. Will definitely visit again. Don’t expect 5 star luxury but the place is a hidden gem and is perfect for Ayurveda treatment.

I am very pleased with my panchakarma result, it was better than I expected. Members of staff are very caring and I felt surrounded by care. Food was healthy, I received medications and treatments every day. The resort is located in serene and picturesque area. There are some areas for improvement such as hygiene and cleanliness. CEO Shameer is very attentive and helpful, so if any concerns you can reach him personally and he does his best to amend any inconveniences.

Ayur Wakeup was a transformative experience for me and I recommend it to anyone who wants to rest, heal and reset. I have never felt more supported and cared for in a service setting. Shameer and his team go above and beyond to ensure that each person has an individually tailored experience at this beautiful retreat. The food is organic, fresh and exceptional. We even had a cooking class becase we asked for one. The treatments are therapeutic and constantly reviewed and tailored to your healing journey. The service is outstanding and NOTHING is to much trouble. The setting is beautiful on the backwaters of Kerala and the staff will help you explore the surrounding areas if you desire. I felt so safe in and around the resort and village because the resort is involved in multiple social enterprises supporting the local community. Most surprising was that all herbal supplements and medicines were included in the price and the medical team also includes Allopathic Doctors who are consulted in need. The treatment and health plan I received has transformed my health and my life. I went for weight loss which was extremely successful and I got so much more. It

Beautifully situated Ayurvedic mini-villageon the backwaters of Alleppey. Couldn't be placed in a better location. Real family vibe & Shameer (our host) went far and beyond to look after us and make sure everything was okay - day trips, food accomodations, and more.. The treatment we recieved was good, and it works for clearing you and rejuvinating the system. I stayed for 2 weeks, and probably wouldn't have gotten much more out of a longer stay because I have no underlying health conditions that needed to be sorted. If you're looking for weight loss, then they can prescribe stricter diets to accomodate this. The rooms were great, and were cleaned daily, except I have a thing about white LED lighting as it does not allow my system to rest properly in the evening. This is my main suggestion for improvement in comfort. The staff there are like family and are all unique characters in themselves. Shameer has done a good job at keeping everyone grounded and cheerful. We had to leave a little earlier because our travel plans had shifted but we were reimbursed for the nights we couldn't stay. I understand the business is being handed over to a larger group for redevelopment, so will be following Shameer's ventures wherever he next ends up offering the beauty of Ayurveda. Thanks once again!

I really ejoyed my stay in Ayurwakup. Loved the location in a quiet remote place,with a paradise atmosphere. The staff and the services were really up to my expectation and more. Can only recommend.

Comfortable and Clean Rooms; amazing staffs; quiet and peaceful location. Food is fresh and the menu changes everyday. There is also small Shiva temple 5 minute by walk. It was a wonderful stay :)

A trusted and very close friend referred me to the Coir Village Lake Resort -Ayurwakeup resort in Alleppey Allapuzha location. This is a very beautiful site in the backwaters and surrounded by God’s wonderful creation and greenery - a gorgeous feast for the eyes and soul. Staff led by their awesome leader, Mr Shameer Babu are the jewels of this place. So kind and extremely caring. Shameer is very kind to his staff and he is the main reason for the vibrant spirit and ambiance of this resort. This is certainly not a fancy place and the rooms/washrooms definitely require some essential repairs and TLC. The Ayurvedic treatment protocols, doctors and therapists are amazing. The kitchen and cleaning staff as well as the boatmen are so warm and kind and ready to help 24/7.
