I recently tried the Ayurvedic spa service at heritage, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The service I received did not align with the Ayurvedic standards I expected. The treatment felt more not even like a regular massage than an authentic Ayurvedic experience. I noticed that the therapists didn't even apply proper amounts of oil, which is an essential part of Ayurvedic treatments. The rooms were also lacking hygiene, and I faced issues with water supply. Moreover, the therapists seemed inexperienced and lacking in strength, making it difficult to get the muscle relief I was looking for. Overall, my experience left me feeling unsatisfied and questioning the authenticity of their services. I hope the spa takes this feedback seriously and works towards delivering the quality and authenticity they claim to provide.

Walking into Heritage Spa wasn't just entering a spa – it was stepping into an oasis of pure luxury and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm welcome of the staff and the stunning ambience of the place.

I had a Jacuzzi session today at Grand opening of Heritage's new branch the experience was very good and comforting.

I was assured by the front Lady for 100% satisfaction.. But the therapist was inexperienced about the knowledge of oil and Turkish scrub massage, not hygiene, absolutely not worth of the prices..... Tooo expensive.... Not recommended

Really it gives very much relief in my body pain . The therapist and the manager miss Mansi very kind enough to take care of us.
