    DTabata health clinic played a significant role in my weightloss journey. Their continuous monitoring, follow-ups and encouragement helped me a lot. Excellent and motivating trainers . Although it was online training, individual attention was assured. I'm very happy and satisfied with the results and Would highly recomment😊

    Just a beginner to workout. Highly motivating trainer(Raja Lakshmi) and very friendly staff.. have classes to your convenience… being a beginner I am enjoying it a lot and will continue my fitness journey with the team.

    Very fortunate I chose DTabata, my depression of overweight went away in 45 days. Excellent tracking and monitoring by the team Raji and Sumisha. Very thorough in suggesting diets. Workout was carried out in slow and steady phase. Thank you once again Raji and head trainer Dilsil and TABATA team!!

    If you have any health issues.This is not a right place. I had some issues like knee pain and back pain and got worse after joining detabata.

    D Tabata is Magic! Honestly, I'm Super happy and blessed to be a part of D Tabata's fitness journey! Continuous monitoring is the main highlight and the trainers are well equipped! I'm here writing the review after a 6kg weight loss in 1 month! 🙌💫

    D-Tabata is an organised path to fitness. The highlight of this program is the time flexibility. As the trainers are available all-time, I can join a workout session anytime a day. I'm being personally trained under Karthika (Workout) & Sumisha (Diet), both professional yet kind, patient and understanding. I am pleased with my progress in this short time and feel assured that with their continued training and encouragement, I would attain content in my fitness journey.
