An nice ayurvedic clinic located in the heart of the city. Came in with back pain, and after consultation with Dr Asha, I was taken to the Massage table. Under the expert guidance of Dr Asha, through hot oil massage, I was able to get immediate relief. I went in for a steam bath after that and also got a facial reflexology done. Felt fully refreshed after this treatment and am fully happy with their services. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I have recently visited the place for a detox treatment... the doctor was very kind to hear me a suggest what is appropriate within available time... the masaage and the detox treatment was really impressive and calmed down entire system.. Dr. Asha also shared lot of valuable inputs on ayurveda which was very helpful. The only improvement I would recommend is on timelines...they need to work on reducing wait time of each patients..

My experience with kayakalpa was really good. Very much stressed out both mentally and physically after my 3 miscarriages.l approached Dr Asha and she pacify me alot. She gave me lot of tips to regain my inner strength.She gave internal medicine and did sodhana therapy following strict diet. I visited Kayakalpa during my holidays to reduce weight, i was welcomed by a professional team who did all the preliminary tests on me prior to start of the treatment. Dr. Asha explained the treatment and the necessity to undergo the same in detail. She was very patient and cleared all my doubts and concerns and installed in me the necessity to lead a life without fast food, non-veg etc at least for a short term to gain the maximum benefit of Ayurveda. It was a way of life than a treatment. The staff where all friendly and highly professional. The facilities are also good and neat.

Recently gifted a spa to a dear one from this place and the experience was amazing. Their massage technique really helped with the fatigue and muscle stiffness. They also offer steam after massage. It has showering facilities too. On top of that, Dr. Asha is extremely welcoming and warm. She addresses any body muscle issues and will also prescribe diets, if needed. Really made our day special.

I loved the massages , treatment and service. Dr Asha is amazing and knows what she is doing. She helped me with my pain. The masseuse / person who does the massages/treatments knows what she is doing. Her hands are experienced . Very neat , clean and well maintained center.
