It is one of the best spa experience I had here. Not only is the massage therapist an expert in her task but also perfect In behaviour. From stepping into the property to until stepping out of it, I have been rendered services par excellence. All the staffs were amazing, they ensured to cater to my need and listened every time I asked of them something. Special mention to the manager who is welcoming. The spa room and the entire property is well maintained and hygiene is at par. Its decoration is in itself something to witness. Highly recommended for a soothing experience.

The Praana Art Cafe is a haven for artists and foodies alike. The local artwork on display adds to the charm, and their kokum fizz is so refreshing. I’m coming back again soon. It’s Varkala’s must visit place. They have a beautiful spa and a nail art studio.

Absolutely outstanding and IMO the best spa experience in Varkala! I have been a Business Partner in a Spa in Europe and can certainly rate Praana highly in every regard. Staff - impeccable, and extra special mention to the Manager (Mr Jose) who went above and beyond in catering to 2 different requests, and provided an amazing head massage. Therapists are super professional and courteous. Treatments - are fantastic, huge list to choose from an can choose your preferred oil and scent. Spa - its like stepping in to a little cool oasis tastefully decorated with statues and ornaments. The welcome you get is an amazing touch! (no more spoilers for those still to try) and the post massage "moment" also an excellent detail. The rooms extremely clean. Thank you and keep it up - an amazing find and will definitely visit again.

Very good customer service and they were willing to adjust to our own needs. The massage was also excellent and professional, they are experienced. They give you a drink while you wait, allow you to choose the areas where you need more focus and also choice of oils. I will go back again!

Amazing ambience that will soothe and relax you. We went for deep tissue massage and it was excellent with attention to specific focus areas as requested. The welcome drinks were great and the staff were very courteous. Must visit.

Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful art work.... in fact the whole place is a work of art. I loved it! The people were helpful, kind and seemed upbeat with great spirit... which made it all the more enjoyable. And very professional too. Took all the details prior doing the treatment. The therapist was brilliantly confident, intuitively knowing what you need to decompress. Well-trained and experienced in making sure the pressure was just right, firm enough to ease tensions yet soothing in strokes. I felt invigorated yet calmed and relaxed. So I decided to book one more session right away for the next day. (I wish I could get one every day!) This is the sort of spa you’ll want to linger a while in, so make sure you don’t need to rush off straight after your treatment. The interior has lots of charm, Interesting art seems to adorn the walls and the exteriors too. The cafe also has a stupendous selection of teas and soothing beverages on offer. And of course, I found everything here reasonably priced. I would recommend Praana heartily and I look forward to returning soon!

I opted for the deep tissue spa and it was amazing. The staff was extremely professional and the premises were maintained with high hygienic standards. A clean bathroom is also provided to take shower post treatment. There was welcome and post treatment drink provided to keep me refreshed. Overall an amazing experience, would definitely recommend to those visiting Varkala.
