I
am
all
packed
and
ready
to
leave,
but
I'm
leaving
with
a
heavy
heart.
I've
fallen
in
love
with
this
place.
The
ashram,
the
people,
my
gurus,
the
food
&
the
culture.
I
had
no
knowledge
of
yoga,
despite
that,
I
was
accepted
by
agreeing
to
arrive
a
week
earlier
to
learn
the
basic
postures.
My
first
2
weeks
was
very
challenging.Training
was
intense.
Parameswaren
one
of
the
gurus
guided
me
from
day
one.
I'm
glad
and
I
am
so
blessed
to
have
chosen
to
do
my
course
here.
It
is
one
of
the
best
decisions
I've
made
in
my
life.
I
highly
recommend
you
whose
here
to
discover
yourself,
this
is
where
your
journey
begins.
It
is
a
life
changing
experience
for
anyone
that
is
searching
for
your
inner
self.
I've
grown
mentally
and
spiritually
and
will
definitely
share
with
others
all
that
I've
learned
through
out
my
stay
here.
Bhoomaji
&
Parameswaren
are
gurus
with
years
of
experience
and
with
wide
knowledge
of
authentic
Hatha
yoga.
They
teach
with
passion,
and
they
know
when
to
push
you
and
when
to
let
you
discover
things
yourself.
They
know
your
capabilities
and
help
as
much
as
they
can
to
guide
you.
When
you
meet
them,
you
will
know
in
your
heart
that
you
made
the
right
choice
and
you
are
at
the
right
place.
As
weeks
passed
by,
I
lost
count
of
the
day
and
the
time,
I
enjoyed
my
classes
and
took
all
the
opportunity
I
had
to
chat
with
the
gurus.
Philosophy
class
was
fun
with
Swami
Yogesh.
He
is
always
high
in
spirit.
He
is
so
full
of
enthusiast
and
he
really
tries
to
ensure
we
understand
despite
coming
from
various
backgrounds
and
culture.
Gurus
made
class
fun
as
they
had
a
great
sense
of
humor.
On
the
rest
days
Bhoomaji
made
trips
for
us
to
the
beach,
water
falls
&
mountains.
Beautiful
places
with
amazing
scenery.
Bhoomaji
also
conducted
a
cooking
class
for
us
to
show
us
how
some
of
the
signature
dishes
were
prepared.
Ingredients
were
natural
&
healthy.
Food
was
amazing!
I
loved
it
so
much
that
I
extended
my
stay
to
learn
some
kerala
cooking
with
Parameswarens
wife.
An
amazing
experience
I
had.
I
learned
some
delicious
healthy
dishes
from
her.
Most
of
the
ingredients
were
picked
from
their
farm,
and
was
cooked
in
a
very
traditional
method.
In
the
evening
it
was
so
relaxing
to
hear
them
sit
as
a
family
and
chant
the
mantras.
I
enjoyed
every
second
of
my
stay
there.
So
simple
yet
so
happy.
Isn't
that
what
life
is
all
about?
We
also
had
a
short
tour
to
the
farm
where
we
were
given
sugar
cane
&
tamarind
to
try!
We
saw
people
milking
cows
and
were
shown
some
of
the
herbs
that
are
used
for
Ayurveda
medicines.
The
teachings
and
experiences
has
taught
me
different
perspectives
in
life.
I
realize
that
I'm
a
much
calmer
person
now
and
I
look
at
situations
in
a
very
different
manner.
I
highly
recommend
You
who
would
want
to
have
a
life
changing
experience,
it
is
here.
I
came
with
understanding
of
learning
just
asanas,
never
would
I
have
imagined
how
yoga
has
transformed
me.
Today
I
truly
understand
that
Yoga
is
indeed
the
way
of
life.
