We were recommended to see Dr. Vikramjit Singh in orthopaedics for a consult and he was just the most well-informed and clever doctor who explained to us the treatment needed in a simple way. It was hard to feel a hospital Patients are not properly informed about the availability of the right doctor . The constructions are going however that does not justify that the bathroom can be without a door.

Highly unprofessional even though the doctor is famous. During the high pandemic stage too no nurse has gloves or even a proper mask. While they were asked why they do not use the gloves or mask , the reply was "so what?". 🤷 The beds are not sanitized before keeping a patient on the bed. No temperature check or precautions for COVID , not even sanitizers anywhere for the public to use. Ask for hand sanitizer, they say you should carry by yourself. We have it for our staff not for the public. What a reply!!!!!! There is no protocol of covid followed by this hospital . I must say the authorities need to look into this seriously . No temperature check for visitors . They have five to six girls at each counter not even one has clarity about anything. One of the most disappointing experiences from a hospital.

I visited this place to consult my friend with vomiting in April 2021. What a disappointing experience. 1. No covid protocol is followed by any of the staff. 2. Reception does not respond to you u Until go by yourself and request a few times . 3. The lab assistant looks a rapper boy who came to take the blood sample without a pair of gloves. 4. During the time of treatment the place reminded a fish market as one side somebody was shouting g the patient t names while the nurses went on with their chit chat and sound. I was feeling like the place is more noisy than a government hospital.

Hospital is located at a convenient location. Private rooms are good. The housekeeping staff visits regularly to clean the room floor as well as toilet. Ample parking space. Wheelchair accessible. Amenities like drinking water, washrooms are good. There is a canteen near the parking also.
