Hello ! Its mohini, Its been an year I am comming to Bhaskar yaga classes I am getting better and better I am also becoming a deseas free person My experience is very good by coming here and earning how to do yoga .

Yoga is a powerful medicine for sure....I have been facing allergy condition since a few months now... however after joining Yoga I felt positive changes in my body. Sir is one the best yoga guru one could get....he ensures proper yoga postures and is very soft spoken. Also there meditation on Saturdays which is really healing. Noticing your breath makes your mind focused and more disciplined. Would recommend this place for all your problems may be mind or body. They even offer ayurvedic treatments which I might be taking in future.

15 Days detox was great another 15 days Treatment was great but since I stopped taking those treatments. No support from the doctor made me wait for a month for a diet plan. I used to look upto him but sadly he is just there to sell the treatment plans.

Your body becomes much more flexible when you start practicing yoga on a regular basis.
