When
you
enter
the
salon,
you
can
feel
an
element
of
luxury.
Haircut

In
spite
of
asking
for
a
senior
stylist,
I
was
handed
over
to
a
more
junior
guy
(
he
only
had
6
years
of
experience
)
which
was
visible
in
the
way
he
cut.
He
took
the
briefing
well
of
what
I
wanted
but
couldn’t
perfect
the
execution.
He
knew
how
to
cut
but
didnt
have
enough
knowledge
on
whether
it
would
suit
or
how
to
make
gradual
layers.
He
shortened
my
hair
more
than
what
I
had
asked,
which
was
only
apparent
after
first
wash
Customer
Service

the
entire
duration
of
my
stay
in
that
salon,
all
employees
were
only
preachinh
about
new
products
and
pushing
customers
to
buy
product,
after
one
point
it
was
so
annoying.
I
would
like
to
go
salon
for
relaxation
and
not
sales
pitch.
Every
touchpoint
and
engagement,
I
was
pushed
a
product
to
buy.
Blowdry
:
The
real
reason
I
went
to
the
salon
is
to
get
hairwash
and
blowdry,
with
specific
instructions
to
the
manner
whereby
my
hair
should
not
open
in
matter
of
hours.
I
have
got
this
done
from
my
go
to
salon
many
times,
which
usually
lasts
me
3
days
if
I
dont
went
my
hair.
However
my
hair
started
curling
up
in
matter
of
few
hours.
I
dont
think
they
know
how
to
treat
hair
very
well
and
what
works
and
what
does
not.
Conclusion
:
Luxurious
salon
feels
with
below
average
service.
