I have met Sunil as a meditation, pranayama and philosophy teacher during yoga training few years ago. Now while I am going through one of the most difficult periods of my life I intentionally felt like I needed to attend therapy/healing with Sunil. I flew to India specifically to do one to one sessions in Yoganga. I can say from the bottom of my heart that the experience was life changing. Sunil has a gift of truly “seeing people” as well as a very wide knowledge that allows him to get to the source of the problem and to help open up the healing process. The difference is noticeable even at the day-to-day life and I can’t imagine how I would get through this difficult time without Sunil’s help. I recommend this incredible place to anyone who needs counselling or who wants to develop healthy relationship with inner self to feel at peace. 🌻🙏🏽

I’m regularly participating in online group sessions provided by Yoganga. Sessions are very easy to fallow and the results of each session can be experienced during and after the session. I find it very beneficial to bring back full focus and awareness for the day especially being able to go deeper with Asanas practice.

I had the pleasure of receiving a group class with Sunil and then went to an individual session. I have felt very well accompanied by your listening, your reflections and your advice. You can tell that he does his work with love and dedication.

I met Sunil Ji in 2018, he was one of the teacher in my 200TTC, where he lead the Pranayama, Yog Nidra and Philosophy. Since then, my thirst of knowledge drove me to him and I had been requesting him to start a Mediation TTC. After 4 years of waiting, my dream came through. I attended the 100 hours Meditation Teacher Training last December where I had a major transformation since then. My initial intention was to get another Meditation Teacher certificate, throughout the course, it was more like my own healing / wellness retreat. The practice was intense (minimum 3 hours of meditations ) yet relax ( Hello Sleep Yoga) that made the days passed so quickly. . I was totally immersed into the whole holistic, sacred and healing journey. There were many emotional released ( I didn’t even know I had ), tears during the chanting, meditation, asana and Yog Nidra, Guruji said this is emptying and clearing up to create more space. His vast knowledge in yoga philosophy has answered some of the questions I had for many years. I love the way he would never judge anyone and always know the right words to get the message through. After the course, I became more aware and learned about myself better and I am now in transitioning to became a vegetarian. Not by my mind, but my body. I cannot thank him enough to guide me and be part of my spiritual journey, I will be coming back to him every year. Highly recommend Yoganga healing if you want to embark on a more spiritual journey

I met Sunil Ji in March 2020 in Rishikesh and I'm not afraid to say that Sunil's teachings, attitude and energy changed my approach to Yoga Philosophy in many ways. Sunil is an incredibly professional, well-spoken, intelligent and wise teacher with years of teaching experience and great understanding of human psychology. He is excellent at meeting his learners' needs and explaining things in a clear, concise and modern manner, making sure his students really feel and understand what he has to say. I strongly recommend Sunil Ji to anyone who is interested in deepening their understanding of Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. You will not regret it and whatever time you get to spend with him will give you enough food for thought for another life-time.

The yoga nidra ttc offered me so much. I quickly realized, that this was not just about sharing Sunil‘s profound knowledge and experience with us. As by itself, layer by layer, it went deeper into a personal journey of discovery. I was able to rediscover myself again and again and to rise up - unconscious - things into my consciousness. That these things could be transformed in such a gentle and profound way was pure transformation. Sunil gave with deep empathy and accuracy at any time an invitation with a suitable tool, what was needed to grow beyond the unconscious own limitation. Especially the focus on „breathing awareness“ still inspires me. I still enjoy the newfound space, that has widened my breathing spaces. Since then i feel so much more inner peace and clarity. And if i ever fall off center in my daily life, after this course i have tools at hand to be mindful and consciously correct my course. What a gift! Lots of love and gratitude from me Anke

Sirji 🙏 At present in Canada , doing good , practicing regularly with 55 min regular walk and weight reduced by 5 kg approximately in one month. Body weight is getting balanced on both the sides, spine is becoming energetic and whole body is becoming sturdy. Today also got up at 3 in the morning for the meeting which again gave me a good revision and more understanding. I am very thankfull to you as new dimensions have opened for me for spiritual upliftment. 🙏

Sunil and Rohit provide what one may need to open up and release - A gentle yet sophisticated approach of Yoga that welcomes vulnerability on the mat. Asana, Nidra, Meditation, or casual conversations. This is a safe space to let go, profoundly, heal and remember. Hope I'll have a chance to come back.

I am very grateful to life and Rohit for having met Sunil ji and having had the opportunity to learn from him not only about yoga but about life and about some aspects of myself that I did not know. His holistic approach not only to yoga but also to the human being makes him a unique teacher capable of translating and put ight many layers that make up your being and making you realise it, maybe. I would also like to point out that he is one of the few teachers who continues to transmit the ancestral knowledge of yoga in a traditional, authentic and austere way but also integrating and adapting to the modern world in which we live and this is an art that few master. I did the online relax to heal workshop with him last september. In it I became aware of many aspects of the way I breathe, think, feel and go through life. But beyond the physiological, anatomical and even psychological aspects, you may also become aware of other more subtle aspects or layers that make up your being. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend this workshop as well as any of his courses and workshops whether you are a yoga instructor or not, it will give you another approach about yourself, about how you live, practice, teach and relate with others. And finally, I want to highlight the practice space where Sunil ji teaches, for me it is a very special place. With a very beautiful and powerful energy. Thank you Sunil ji for all your teachings, your help, humour and generosity. Thank you for seeing beyond. See you soon! Jarur milenge!

I met Sunil Ji during my 200hrs Asthanga TT in Rishikesh a year ago. His pranayama classes were powerful in the sense that they allowed me to let go my fear and apprehension. During his Nidra classes I experience things I cannot describe with words… You just need to experience it! After a session, I always see the struggles of my everyday life with a new perspective which allows me to get deeper within my inner self. His philosophy classes are beyond enlightenment. I really appreciate how he always makes a link between yoga philosophy and our every day life. His teaching, his knowledge, his way of passing and sharing them are enlightening. He will always welcome your questions (my goodness, he knows how much I can have) and will guide you to find on your own answers. He accompanies me to be more at peace with myself and with the world surrounding us. He is one of the rare teachers and persons that make you find in you the resources you need to fulfil your path.

I first met Sunil in 2019 during a 200 ttc in Rishikesh. I attended his philosophy classes and for the very first time i was able to get to the true meaning and to the essence of my yoga practice. Since then, I've never stop learning with Sunil either online or in person (philosophy, pranayama, yoga nidra). My understanding and my attitude to my practice was so transformed that I felt I wanted to share my experience with others. For the second time this years I came all the way from Israel with a group of people to learn, to heal, to nourish myself and to share a wonderful and transformative yogic experience at Yoganga Healing. I am greatful for all the teachings and recommend warmly to everyone this unique experience.

Thank you for every moment, for your open heart, generosity, teaching, understanding, and guidance along the way. I came from Israel as part of a small group for 10 days of yoga retreat. The experience was completely complete and of a quality that I find it difficult to convey in words. Sunil's philosophy and practice classes, his personal meeting, and precise advice advanced me a lot. Umpandra's lessons, learning his cleaning techniques, and his singing have supported me a lot these days. Rohit's music provided tenderness and calm throughout. I have no words to thank for the experience that sowed in me a seed of awakening, hope, and faith along the way. I rather recommend learning from them, especially in this context of India, Rishikesh, and simplicity. I'm sure I'll be back soon, as it was a small taste.

I joinned the Pranayama Course, recommended by my friend. Before I was not so clear about Pranayama, its benefits, how it works, why it is important and so forth. After the course, my understanding became much clearer than before. Of course, it is something we need to keep studying and practicing to further our understanding of it. The course helped me to step further on my yoga journey and was really worth of it. Also, I got a few session of sound healing with singing bows, instructed by Rohit. It was really great sessions such that I could experience its relaxing and healing impacts on us. Ill be back to them again for further my Yoga journey!!!
