The rooms were nice, however the receptionist's service was terrible.
We reserved the hotel through Agoda, but they didn't specify if the rooms were air-conditioned or not, and we paid the amount for an air-conditioned room.
The person playing pranks claimed that the reservation was for a non-air-conditioned room, that he was unable to upgrade, and that his last request for an AC room would cost an additional 500 rupees.
As soon as we called Agoda, he abruptly requested to end the call and offered us an AC room without charging us extra.
His attitude was quite poor following this episode.
