Detailing
my
experience
of
a
recent
visit
at
Enrich
which
was
beyond
subpar
and
disappointing.
I
called
to
make
a
booking
for
my
Mom
and
I
as
I
wanted
to
treat
her
to
an
afternoon
at
the
salon
and
spend
time
together.
I
was
asked
multiple
questions
on
a
6
minute
long
call
and
then
said
my
appointment
for
me
(for
nails)
and
for
my
Mom
(head
massage)
is
confirmed
at
Coral
Classic.
As
soon
as
I
hung
up
I
get
an
SMS
from
Enrich
(attached)
that
says
my
appointment
is
deleted.
Highly
confused,
I
call
them
again
only
to
be
told
to
ignore
the
SMS.
On
reaching
Enrich
I
am
told
I
have
to
go
to
the
other
salon
they
have
for
nail
service
and
my
Mum
has
to
stay
at
Coral
Classic
for
the
head
massage.
I
explained
saying
the
entire
point
was
Mom
and
daughterās
afternoon
out
and
they
hadnāt
specified
that
we
would
be
split
up
while
confirming
the
appointment
on
call.
Disregarding
our
requests,
I
was
told
to
go
to
the
other
branch
and
Mum
and
I
were
split
up.This
beat
the
entire
point
of
booking
an
appointment
together.
On
reaching
the
other
branch
I
was
greeted
with
utter
chaos
as
they
didnāt
know
where
the
nail
artist
was.
They
spent
some
time
locating
her
and
post
that
the
nail
counter
was
in
a
tight
corner
where
there
was
hardly
any
room
as
some
one
else
had
put
in
a
chair
to
do
eyebrows
for
another
client.
This
ensued
a
fight
between
the
nail
artist
and
the
other
technician
on
whose
space/desk
it
is
as
I
stood
there
hapless
staring
at
them
as
a
paying
customer.
The
basics
of
customer
service
were
lost
right
there,
if
there
were
any.
The
service
I
asked
for
a
gel
polish
removal
and
nail
filing.
I
have
attached
pictures
below
where
supposedly
my
nails
were
filed?
The
index
finger
nail
was
cut
so
close
and
deep
into
the
skin
that
I
had
to
ice
it
for
a
few
hours.
The
other
fingers
also
had
chipped
nails
despite
āfiling?ā
It
baffles
me
as
to
why
my
nails
were
cut
right
into
the
skin
without
asking
me.
The
technician
also
wrapped
my
nails
in
acetone
and
disappeared
for
a
good
20
mins
and
I
had
to
remind
them
I
am
waiting
mid
way
through
the
session.
Again
they
had
to
locate
her
and
bring
her
back
for
service.
I
was
asked
for
coffee
while
waiting
and
told
to
drink
it
quickly
on
arrival
as
there
are
flies
hovering.
Unbelievable
unhygienic
standards
for
a
salon
environment!
Disappointed
at
the
whole
experience
when
I
finally
reached
billing,
the
two
receptionists
looked
at
each
other
like
itās
neitherās
job
to
settle
as
they
were
both
so
bored
of
their
jobs.I
wanted
to
get
a
lot
more
stuff
done
but
this
was
enough
for
me
to
understand
that
I
wonāt
be
trusting
Enrich
and
itās
services
ever.
It
suffices
to
say
I
wonāt
be
coming
back.
There
are
other
salons
in
the
area
that
meet
hygiene
standards,
have
trained
staff
and
are
much
more
customer
centric
to
understand
what
a
great
salon
experience
is
really
about.
Love
definitely
does
not
begin
with
you
at
Enrich!!
