This place it quite huge and good aesthetics, well trained staffs and behaviours as we faced a lot of problems with the Indiranagar Ather team. Our bike was ready for delivery with 7 days and Sanjay took great care of the entire process. We exchanged our old vehicle with one of their dealer as well which went very smooth. Highly recommended.

The experience was great, the response was fast, it's been exactly 6 months since I got the vehicle but the Bluetooth is still not working so I'd recommend you guys not to buy the pro pack, it only gives u two main features which are Google maps and Bluetooth, as i said Bluetooth doesn't work 99% of the time and Google maps is not that thing which you will use everyday so i don't think it's worth paying 24k extra

I had a great experience at the Jaynagar branch, which I believe is the best. After my visit to Indiranagar Branch, they called me the next day multiple times to inquire about my purchase plans, which became frustrating. However, this Jaynagar flagship store provides excellent customer service with knowledgeable and helpful staff. While they don't offer water unless requested, but they provide excellent guidance. The branch maintains clean and hygienic washrooms, and they ensure the vehicle is charged before delivery. The entire team is polite, helpful, and accommodates customers by speaking various languages. I must mention SANJAY, who assisted me and provided accurate information that convinced me to make the purchase. They respected my decision-making process and delivered the vehicle within four days. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional service!

Prompt and friendly staff! We booked our 450s and was delivered within a weeks time! Balaji has always been responsive to our calls and very patiently listens even for minor questions! Great experience overall with the showroom! Ather as a vehicle as you read it on the web is a nicely engineered electric bike - go for it!

I have received the best possible support throughout the process from Mr. Balaji and have also found the manager to be extremely helpful whenever attended by the two. However, it does disappoint me to state that I have also faced a lot of neglect and ignorance from other employees who attended in the absence of the 2 mentioned earlier. The process is pretty streamlined and direct from Ather but ensuring the same is delivered in terms of the experience is something a couple of members on the team need to work on considering the vehicle were not ready when I was first called for the delivery and was badly assisted with setting up the app and features, thus requiring me to revert back multiple times with queries and issues during my first week after purchase.

While purchasing the vehicle you guys will make customers so bakra like you'll have stations everywhere and just when we come to charge our vehicle you guys will turn off one machine and run one machine !! Why can't u provide more ? So much of sales you guys make ! Try opening more stations so we can't wait like a fool
