Yesterday I go for alga pedicure to colour lounge Amritsar.. first they ask to wait.. then their staff comes… his action and body language showed that he is not willing to do pedicure. But he started unwillingly. He missed steps.. during massages he didn’t asked for how much pressure I need Or am I comfortable.. another person who did manicure is bit better than him. Before that I take a waxing service that time after waxing his lady staff ask me clean my hand by myself very rudely .. that tym I was also in hurry that is why I don’t complain there.

Untrained staff that pays no attention to your instructions on how to cut and just want to get you out of the seat as fast as possible. No shampooing before haircut or any styling done. People were wondering whether I even got a haircut or not. Overpriced and low quality saloon. Will not recommend.

I got fabulous service from all the staff specially mr. karan and vishal. They both are magnanimous because they gave me fantastic hair treatment as well as they listen my problem silently before starting their process. I like the ambience of that place

one of worst experience ive ever had in this branch. My wife took a service of waxing from one of the staff member named as prabhjot she gave so worst experience, she did waxing so hard that my wife’s skin is teared almost she cant even where her dresses properly. We’ll never come back! though the staff is so rude as well.

the hair professionals are excellent but the nail extension artist are not trained. she buffed my nails to a great extent which caused pain. Not recommended for nails.

I love this salon. I was looking for a new nail place and this place got me the second I walked in. Very clean, many variety of colors/spa treatments. I walked in and was greeted right away. I got a mani and pedi. My nail tech did my nails amazing. She took her time and treated me very well, told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

I wish could give 0 star rating but anyway worst salon i have visited ever in condition of hygiene they dnt have baaic tool sterlization ....dirty washroom and pedicure sation ..on the pedicurr sation sterlizer not in working condtion i wonder then how they sterlize thier tools ...someone may get serious infections ...on the other hand in gents section they dnt sanitize after the services and make next client sit on same chair ..2nd thing is thier staff they dnt know hiw to speak with client they refuse to do services infront of you on your face with very rude n arrogent tone the 2 mangers they dnt have any concerns about it tgey just busy on thier phone or with boys they talk with each other in very disrespectful manner in front of client and yell on each other. I went thier to get my servis done n get some relaxation but its was worst experience and they charge you tones of money n give very poor services and use local brand i get it done my keratine treatment and they dnt even know about acai oil which is used in keratine treatment ..i saw some bottles was on recpetion and it was very local brand called kerafine of something like that and one thing more thier male staff looks at you that you get uncomfortable
