Really annoying. We called in advance, tried to book and was told there's no need. "Just show up," the phone operator said. We were 40 minutes away so we drove on. What he could have told us is that the venue was booked up all evening and we couldn't get in. "Why didn't the phone operator tell us this? We asked They had no answer. But we didn't leave. We spoke to the group who had apparently booked the space all evening, when they came out for a break. "We didn't book it all evening" they said, and so we were able to get in for a session. Seems like they do have a booking system but it's not clear how it functions. Maybe it's for their friends only?

It's OK!! Not great, It could be great with Bigger place!! At the reception counter attendent was rude, He had underestimate us and he should not be judged people like this, We been here for kids on the way to Mumbai. Don't think would come back again. However our game session was fun filled.

Very poor service. We called to say we're coming in an hour - they said to just show up. We drove and they say "sorry fully booked for the next 2 hours". Despite that we waited for the group playing to come out - and they said they didn't book for 2 hours. There was availability! After that confrontation they booked us in in 20 minutes. Horrible how we had to fight to get a slot. Edit: the actual laser tag was pretty good! Comfy laser suit but relatively small map

Classic place for weekend fun. Aniket is there to help you to make all the games exciting for people

Had fun and Pratik.p explained the game well. Few issues like non-working sensor on some of the units, laser beam missing from laser guns, incorrect points counting (random kills were counted at 2) made it a bit disappointing but overall worth one time visit.

Great place to visit with your loved one's and family, please visit once with friends and family. You will really enjoy this place for sure. Specially children's will have amazing experience. Best place for all age groups, need to submit one entry form for the first time visitor, For half and hour they have charge nearly 500-600/- depends on weekdays and weekends depends on your visit plan

Our kids enjoyed a lot. For some time they lived like commando on the war. Thanks to Pratik for nice guidance and encouragement. Our smaller kid could get into the game due to Pratik.
