Do you want to celebrate your child's birthday in the best possible way? If yes, then make sure not to choose this place because 72 Mad Street is run by unprofessional team having no business ethics. Due to proximity to VIP road we chose this place for birthday celebrations and it turned out to be a nightmare. How they crashed the event? While taking booking, they inform that they will provide dedicated place to sit & cut the cake for 2 hours. Also, the food is included in the package for kids. When we were there with the kids, the entire sitting area was filled with people who were not with us. There was no place for our guests to sit and talk. FORGET sitting there was no place to cut the "Cake". It was so embarrassing as the guests did not have place to sit or eat. Just imagine yourself standing inside a crowded food court with a cake in your hand while kids, people looking at you asking why have you booked this place? Other Factors to consider: FOOD QUALITY & HYGIENE: Pathetic, Stale Food served - Children who ate, fell ill next day. RIDES & PLAY AREA SAFETY: Staff was sitting, relaxing & talking to each other. BASIC CLEANLINESS & Sanitisation: Super dirty floor & dining tables were so dirty & sticky. Staff Manager (Gulpreet kaur) Behaviour: Rude & Unprofessional, she was literally shouting. Alert: The management of this place never sanitise their rides or play area. Many were noticed coughing, sneezing & touching same common points. HIGH CHANCES OF SPREADING INFECTION & VIRUS. SUGGESTION: Overall services was not up to mark, people should avoid going there to stay healthy and fit rather teach your children to help needy with that money or better go outdoor for picnics, nature walks, long drives and that will bring the best out of children. This place is all about spoiling the kids physically & mentally. Think about it.

Nice place to have fun with your child. The game prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly on weekdays. On weekends due to the crowd, they don't care. The food cafe has limited options.

'It got everything for everyone'that was my impression when I first visited it. If you are a game lover,this is the place for you. For the first time users like us the staff around do explain everything & also gave a free demo. Then they show their plans & you can choose accordingly. A card is provided to swap for every game you wana play. The price starts from ₹60. For kids b/w 3-5 yrs, they have selected games which are good. Moreover you get support from the staff if you need any help in b/w the games. They do have a cafeteria inside but I didn't find the food exciting. Overall a great experience. After visiting once you will definitely visit again.

Can be done better by hiring professional staff to handle small kids in play area. Else everything was good. Kids area staff is leaving toddlers unattended and not even keeping eye on them. Whether they fall or do anything. Accountability should be there for sure

Games r nice I win a teddy also but cosmo mall is just ok u have too much to bore a auto or anything no atms no grocery shop nothing.
