The snow park is really nice, but do NOT visit the trampoline park. 400 rupees for a small sized trampoline arena is so not worth it. The snow park is a really nice place, had lots of fun, but I recommend people or kids with asthma or sensitivity to cold to bring some thin warm clothes also, because due to my asthma, I couldn't stay for long. They have the place at -12 degrees (approx.) and they give thick gears. Very nice rides, you can play and not be bored, you can play with snow, there are places to climb. There is an issue with staff inside, when I was in there and started having an asthma attack, the two staff were just sipping on coffee chatting with each other on the top of the ice ride, and the exit sign was completely covered with ice, so it took me a while to exit the place to go somewhere warm. Overall, definitely a place for people of all ages to go, I loved it while it lasted. But, the trampoline park is absolutely horrifying. The service is horrible, staff do not care about anything and are on phone all the time, and the quality of the trampolines and rock wall and the pit is terrible. Some trampolines really felt like they might break any second, and the yellow cushioned edges were almost ripped, and you can see the foam. The basketball area is in a very bad condition, with the two hoops being almost broken. The foam pit is literally disgusting; all foam blocks are torn, and you can find strands of hair, lost items like toys, and I almost threw up when I stepped on a wet area. The safety of the rock wall is very very concerning and authorities are asked to check on it. Half the stepping stones were loose, and I, being 5’10 and my sister being 5 foot could not even get a quarter of the way up. There was no air conditioning, and by the time I and my sister left the arena , we were drenched in sweat, even though we saw many air vents and air conditioners all around. I also would like to call out the staff once again for the lack of attention to the visitors, especially young children. I hope this changes in the future, but I do recommend the snow park to those who are willing to pay such a high price.

They charged 900 per person.. Everything was good.. But train rides is not working there.. Even they don't have many activities just 3-4 activity thats it. Staff was polite and helping. They also provide you jacket, shoes, lower and gloves also. If you are planning to visit there just bring an extra pair of socks and a small carry bag for wet socks. And one more thing, the photographer in snow masti will click your pics and tell you take photos from the outside counter.. When I go to the counter they charge 500 Rs. For 25 photo.. When I said that I don't need 25 photos, just want 5-6 good photos.. They said that 25 photos is the minimum limit.. And also photographer click one photo in repeat. He just click total 10 photos of me and my friend and make it more than 45 photos they ask 500Rs.for 25 photos and 700 Rs. For 45 photos. Photographer is fraud, my suggestion is that click your photos by your phone otherwise they will make you fool. Thank you for reading my review.

Great place to experience a wonderful snowy place to visit with your family and friends the nearest metro station will be pari chowk and venice mall in itself is really great. Ticket price ranges from 800 to 1200 but worth an experience

The experience was fantastic. Me and my boyfriend had a blast there. Totally recommend to visit with your friends. The best part is when I called the customer care at 3:41 am in the morning they picked up without any waiting time involved. I loved the customer service. No reservations required. You can book the tickets immediately before visiting or at the outlet itself.
