Not recommended!! When asked for appointment, they give misleading info. about price of the service for hair cut or lasting effect for any hair treatment. A customer can opt for the service if someone have already come and managed time for the day. But it's a one time trap, no one would prefer to be in the situation again. Not even good with infrastructure based on the price what they are asking. There are far better looking salons around in the area than this.

I absolutely loved my hair cut done by my favourite Anu Di.. When it comes to my hair I trust her. For any hair related issue she is my go to person. Thank you PonyUp ever since I found you, I have never tried anywhere anything ❤️

This was my first time at Pony up salon and they did a great job. Thank you Suraj and shiblal for this lovely makeover and wonderful experience. This is exactly how I wanted my first Balayage to be. Also I would like to add that they provide very good service and polite staff behaviour. Will be happy to come again.

Yesterday and today visited for keratin treatment. Don't know how long it will stay but it's done very well. My keratin done by Anu di and one guy , don't know his name but both are too good. All staffs are good. Keep it up..will visit again .recommended😄

This has been about a month since I got the Premium keratin treatment from the salon. It is still lustrous, frizz free & wonderfully manageable yet. Ms. Anu led the keratin treatment, hair color & hair cutting and was aided by her assistant Mr. Talha. The amicable behavior of the employees from the receptionists to stylist is truly noteworthy. Without hesitation they make right suggestions as per the hair quality and length, take customer's consent before starting the styling and not to forget to mention the cherry on the cake was the complimentary back massage by Mr. Talha for I was sedentary on the same chair for over 6 hours. Happy on the first visit, I'd definitely make frequent visits.

In my experience, pony up saltlake is a really good salon. The hairstylists there, are very well trained and they know what they are doing. They are extremely cooperative and put the client's satisfaction on top. I got my hair done by rishika who was a sweetheart! She's quite knowledgeable, gives the best suggestions and is very hardworking. She was at it till I got satisfied and happy with my hair colour. I highly recommend availing the hair services at the saltlake branch !

I loved the entire experience… got the hair colouring done for the first time ever and wanted the most experienced in the industry. They guided for the perfect colour tone & also suggested the maintenance of the colour afterwards. The whole team makes you feel comfortable.. highly recommended specially Anu Di ! Very professional and good service provided. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. They guided me with after care process and also provided the exact result that I was hoping for. The prices justify the qualyof service. I went there for a haircut and hair color with nothing in mind. They guided me throughout the process and I was surprised by the result. Definitely the best one in town
