As I am from Delhi and I didn't accept that Jaggi Sweets prices are very pocket friendly, and it's my first time dine in here with my family, and all are satisfied with food. One of the best bakeries in patiala. The pastries are to die for and Chinese food tastes yum here. Every bakery item here tastes delicious and fresh. The bakery smells nice and has ample of space. Ambience 10/10. Overall food 9/10

I was with my family in Patiala and Our friends took us to this place infront of Raj Kamal square for breakfast. They offer free parking. Ambiance is good. Resturant is neet and clean. They have ample space for sitting BUT we were there for BREAKFAST, which wasn't good at all. We asked for stuffed parantha(which is all time favourite and most ordered breakfast of Punjabis) and they were having ONLY Mix Parantha in which they put cheese and onion mix masala with only curd. Butter was just touched on the Parantha. When I asked for extra butter, they said they don't provide the extra butter. Then we ordered Puri chole BUT the gave a little quantity of chole with 2 puri. I check their menu for other options but found nothing so interesting as breakfast option. I was surprised to see that they are serving tea @35/- which is too much and that tea is machine made dip tea. They are charging too much for the not so worthy food by just showing off the interior, atmosphere and multistorey buildings. As per my honest suggestion: THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR BREAKFAST. This is my opinion, and may differ from others. Anyone parting from my opinion may check it out once.

Food is fine but not best, don't go on weekends, as during weekends, service is very bad. Not for people who want a quality family dinner outside, self service idea is very bad as a multistory restaurant. Good quality food at a reasonable price. The staff is amazing and you have the option of dining in as well as takeaway. If you dine in there will be waiters to assist you. Its not self service. The food is worth trying.

Tried masala dholka which was disaster just tosted simple dhokla in tomato ketchup kind of taste as i am Gujarati i knwo what should be taste like . Then tried bhel which was nife taste but not a great. rest atmosphere is good in restaurant

I am giving zero stars for the customized cake that I ordered...they did not make the cake as the picture... nd it was not a google cake pic ..it was the same cake i bought from them a month back.... more over when asked that the cake is not good they said " apko kya pta cake kaisa hotta hai ..."very rudely ...it ruined my event.. Unprofessional and rude staff ... they did return my advance as I did not take the subpar cake with me ... but still that does not change the fact that my event was ruined

Overall it was an okay experience. I didn’t like the billing system and sef service thing. They need to hire some servers for good service to the customers and they need to start doing Tab system where people can start tab and pay at the end of the service. Because every-time somebody needs something to eat, they need to bill it first and bring it to the service counter and wait there to get the food prepared and the bring it to the table by yourself and then eat it. And again if somebody wants something else or something extra, we need to follow the whole process again. One more thing, they don’t have everything available at the same floor, so we need to move back and forth from floor to floor for different food item. Prices are not fair too if we compare it with the quantity. Quality is good though no complaints in that. I would prefer to go somewhere else rather than going through all that hassle. It was a superb restaurant and now also it is very nice we have been going here since before Corona but now also when we go their for bakery items or junk food like samosa, kachori etc. every thing is very fresh and yesterday only we visit.their to buy vegetable ( karahi paneer ) so it was also very tasty.

Experience was great and they have many options for food categories. You can enjoy the meal acc to your fav food they have drinks available as well. Also, the food system is like Domino's you will order your food at the counter and pay the money and then they gave you a order number so you have to wait for your order number in the display and then after your order came up you can pick and enjoy the meal. The restaurant was clean and hygienic but one thing is there that the space is small and you might find a conjusted place but as the overall experience was amazing so i gave all stars. If they take care for the space and look for any other option then it's a great place to enjoy with your friends and families. I haven't asked for delivery. Maybe they have option for food delivery. One of the best place to eat in Patiala due to its great food taste which comes at very affordable price. Other pros about this outlet is its location and well management. Only con that goes against place is that it has not dedicated parking, otherwise I could not find any reason to not to come here.

BIG FAT ZERO!! for this place. Service is the worst I have experienced in all the restaurants i have dinned across the world.Constantly waiting for food which we had to get up many times to keep checking where out food was. Drinks were prepared after we ate our food and then one drink was never made. Downstairs the very rude server insulted my wife after she asked him politely that several items were missing. We made a complaint to management, he apologised on his behalf.

Patiala's one of the best place for enjoying sweets. The restaurant on the 1st floor is a nice place to have lunch/dinner/snacks etc. A place Totally dedicated to "Indian" families 🙂 Any time during the day, there would be kids shouting and running around the restaurant. If you like a croudy happy non-cozy place, then you must visit the restaurant and enjoy. By the way, I visit Jaggi Sweets at all the time. Lots of memories there, good memories.

I love this outlet in terms of quality of food and sweets they serve and also the pricing. Earlier parking was an issue but now they have enough parking. Service is quick and they keep a check on cleanliness which i love. Do have their milk badam. It's one of the best I have ever tasted. Also this is a pure vegetarian outlet.

You can get anything here ranging from sweets to Indian, Chinese main courses and snacks. Their quality and taste is very good. Their service is also good. The staff is courteous. Plenty of space to dine in.

Worst food service experience at this place. Ordered poori for breakfast , asked for refill of chickpeas and potato curry. Server told me that you finished chick peas and potato with 2 poories. Never seen any body asking that you finished vegetable with 2 poori. If you don’t want to give refill tell the customer upfront . Server shouldn’t be asking customer questions. They are giving such a small portion of chickpeas and potatoes with 4 pooris. Horrible experience. Will not refer anyone to go there and have food. Train your staff on customer etiquette. It's a nice place and even a best place in budget, for the people visiting Thapar Institute of engineering and technology(like the parents or just simply the visitors ). The plus point of this place is whole vegetarian menu with a full hygiene. Also u can have a booking for birthdays and partys'or a small get together.

I am engineering student from Thapar and Jaggi always comes to save our bad mess food days. Whatever it may be the special occasion jaggi is always our first choice. Good pure vegetarian food, a large variety of menu, reasonable prices proper seating arrangement, quality food and what not. It has self servicing, we usually go there from our college through bicycle to enjoy its hot choco fudge, a glass filled with happiness. Whenever my parents visit me I usually recommend this place. It also do orders through zomato and swiggy and trust me it delivered stuff is also good. They deliver in proper containers. My recommendation malai kofta with missi roti. Best and cheap combination to fill ones stomach.

Structure of the building is very attractive. Owners have spent lavishly on interiors and design. I wish they had worked hard on quality of food. Over the years, the food quality has fallen. Preparation of snacks and other food items is not good at all. To keep the low prices, owners have compromised with the quality of food. I wish they improve the taste and quality of food.

This is a fully hygenic place with good variety of food items available over here. The taste of food is just awesome. The sweets variety is mouth watering and good variety of bakery items as well.

Jaggi sweets is one of the best sweet shop in patiala Punjab there is no problem to park vehicle here they have very large space of parking and you can eat all items like breakfast, lunch, dinner, fasta food, Chinese food and all types of sweets and they have very good goodwill there taste is very good and you really like their taste there service is very good but at night there is very large numbers of people's here and the service become very low otherwise staff is very good and O really recommend that place to eat all types of good

Service is very slow. The billing clerks will accept the payments for the item's which are not even in stock. Poor administration.

Overall experience was not that much good. They must focus on food taste and quality like dosa was soggy, sambhar has no taste. Crispy burger was not crispy. After order announcement, we have to keep waiting for half of the order like chapati etc. Parking is also an issue.
