my experience at Generation 2k was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of their impressive game collection, knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, well-organized layout, and outstanding customer service makes it a true haven for any PlayStation enthusiast. I highly recommend this store to all gamers and rate it a solid five stars.

I am using the Generation 2K services from the last 6 months and twice had problem because of the construction going on but to my surprise they came immediately after our call and rectify the problem and never charged us anything.. their team understands the problem very well and solves it.... 100 out of 100

Edited: I am giving 2 star rating just because of the fact that they charge you 500 rs per visit even if your installation happened 2 months ago. Owner event didn’t try to understand the issue and straight came to charges for visiting. Very unprofessional service when installation was done , but post installation the rip off part where he wants to charge you money within one month of installation and issues confronted which are.part of learning curve Reduced it to one star after this : This guys sent a person to fix the issue for which I paid 500 and which was not really fixed. When I asked hey issue is not fixed , he said oh I didn't know the issue as you didnt tell me what issue was . So what did he fix ? Offered to send the guy again and charge you 500 more plus Avoid business with this person as they lack ethics and lose temper Lastly, He lost his cool because he forgot that I am an educated software engineer and paid for cameras installation and know how cameras work to which he confronted by changing my password for security reasons. I didn’t forget password but they tempered with my DVR to make more money from me. I am 35 years old person and do not have dimensia (bhulne ke bimari) but sardar ji might have plus greed. Also you can see in his response that he is blaming me to change password for a "security" camera where company guidelines are to change your passwords frequently for obvious reasons. They are security cameras not your gaming console. Oh and he is so stupid that he has to send someone to the site to change the password while you can do it remotely which I did myself.

They actually care about their customers as I experienced. Timely installation of CCTV camera with professional team. Better priced cameras than other competitors in the market. Also owner provide solution promptly to any problem you may face after installation. Highly recommended for any CCTV related requirement whether it be individual or non individual (institute, shop, hospital etc) in and around Dharamshala.
