Worst experience, they do not disclose all the information on the product and installation details and all the contact numbers on the bill would be out of order or switched off.... Better sell products that you guys actually recommended and provide entire services instead of selling products of whom you guys can't even confirm on installation... Never going to buy anything from Girias again!!!!

Bought a washing machine here as online delivery was taking lot of time. And to be honest, it has the best off prices compared to the competition like reliance digital, Croma, Harsha. I had compared the prices in all the shops and found this was the place to go. Also other shops didn't the new models of the products but Girias has the products that are more customer oriented and based on market trend. (I am saying this only based on washing machine products). The service here is good as well, although I had expected one day delivery but it took 2 days (my home was approx 60 kms away from the store). At the end the product was delivered safely. Better Warranty and extension of warranty is available (online warranty was of 2 years where as here it was 3 years ). I also got the extended warranty for around 2.5 k which was done after the delivery of the washing machine.

We had a really bad experience with air conditioner installation and service. The hole that was made during installation was left uncovered allowing all kinds of insects and rodents to make their way into the house. We used them three times for servicing and they neither mentioned this issue nor they did a good job of servicing. After being fed up of their poor service, we got somebody else who cleaned up their mess and did a better job.

Awesome retails store for electronic goods with lots of options and at best price. The staff is very knowledgeable and provide all the information you need to make the right choice as per your requirement. Highly recommended.

Worse experience for us..it's only one day now and I'm writing this review.Bought washing machine here.. While purchase that they are very nice and humble..itz totally loss for us., They give false suggestions about service and many things.. I suggest never believe whatever they say.. Totally misleading ppl are there here

Worst after sales experience. If you buy anything from here don’t expect any support from these guys for services. They don’t even guide you to the authorised service Centers.
