Bombay Baking Company is a hidden gem at JW Marriott, literally tucked away in the corner on the lobby Level, This is an excellent cafe which serves hot and cold beverages, cakes, has a fully stocked Cake and pastry offerings, They do open and closed sandwiches, toasties, and lovely snackables all day, The seating is very casual for a meet up with friends or a business associate, It has got a very welcome feel to it too, Must visit while at JW Juhu.

Most interior decorators are trained into making interiors as dull & colourless as possible so the entire planet can become depressed & Prozac sales could increase . BBC has smart interior decorators that understand the brain's need for colours . Lactose haters have good options here . Healthy breakfasts available . Music volume is a tad bid much

An extremely pretty place with a great ambience that serves variety of top quality dishes. Their coffee and sweet baked goods are something that one should definitely try. Nash, Denzil, Katila and the entire staff is extremely kind, they literally go above and beyond to make sure that you are extremely comfortable and all of your needs are catered for. The chefs do an absolutely brilliant job and will make sure the dish is made exactly how the customers wanted it to be. Chef Sakshi is definitely one of the coolest, most talented chefs out there who personally makes sure that your food order is being made with perfection. 10/10 would definitely recommend the cafe!!

Amazing breakfast place with great service! The attention to detail in the dishes blew me. Loved the Colombian sandwich, eggs Benedict and french toast. Totally worth the cost. We were served by Parthiv and he was so courteous and helpful. Overall a great experience.

If I’m able I’ll give negative for the atmosphere.. Honestly i did not expect them to be this bad. So i ordered a birthday cake for my husband almost 5 days in advance and i was told that the cake will be ready on 15 May at 18:00 pm. So I reached there and i have no birthday cake. The staff looked clueless and no one knew who took my order or what even happened. I was feeling so humiliated because there is a party with my family at midnight and there is no cake. I have never never experienced such embarrassing moment in my life. The manager was genuinely nice and offered whatever cake was readily available and i had not much time left but it’s already a damaged day type and I didn’t want his birthday to be ruined. But i hope the person who had taken my order would have apologised or something. Im very disappointed. Its so unprofessional even a small cake shop wont make such a big blunder.

I would simply say this is the best place in all over Mumbai to sit chill and have some food and the best bakery ever. My favourites at this place is the Carrot Orange Juice or the Oreo Shake. The bakery items are fresh and Old Fashioned Chocolate cake is the must needed cake in my family. There is a lovely seating space if you would like to conduct your meetings. There store inside gives you a wide variety of international food ingredients and wine. If you are staying or if you are just visiting don’t miss out on this place. Highly recommend this place for all.

The food was good and the price was reasonable as it is inside JW Marriott. Google maps has to change the position it is showing as opposite JW Marriott. But it is inside. But the dining area is not luxuriesthe chairs are not comfortable and smell is not so inviting. If the same shop is located then this set up will be fine. But inside Marriott it should have its class.

An absolutely beautiful Caprese sandwich with so much mozzarella and pesto, a really yummy chocolate chip french toast with maple syrup and the best chocolate shake I've ever had- were just a few of the things I've tried here and it was the best meal ever. The staff is very sweet, the food is fantastic and I love how interesting the walls are.

A 3 Star Experience in a 5 Star Hotel, it's a disappointment to even have Bombay Baking Company here. Overly Expensive, Slow Service. I have been going to this bakery randomly once-twice a year for over 6 years, and each year their service goes down and down. Not only that, I would honestly drag anyone to go to Starbucks which is 5 mins from JW Marriott rather than this Café. Wait times go up and up. It took 10 mins to bill 8 items. Frappuccino is super watery, again a Starbucks Frappuccino or even a homemade Cold Coffee would be better. The Rs. 750 "Chicken Sandwich" is equivalent to a Rs. 150 Chicken Sandwich I get literally anywhere else and it would taste much better than what they gave. Speaking of the sandwich, I had to remind them for the Sandwich, which they apparently "forgot" to give us despite being ready for service for over 10 mins and hence being soggy and soft rather than grilled cruchy. Starbucks has less Baristas, and more customers per day and yet they still give a fast, and friendly service compared to Bombay Baking Company. TL;DR Overly Expensive, Slow Service. Only go here for the pre-baked and pre-made goods like cakes and bottled beverages IF you have money falling from your wallet, otherwise go to Starbucks or the Lotus Cafe. Even for Cakes I would recommend Theobroma or Elementaria.

Has a small cafe for a quick bite. The breads, cakes and savouries are much sorted by the well heeled. Prices are on the high side compared to other patisserie's.

Due to covid, it gets difficult to go to our favourite restaurants personally but Aniket at BBC did a stellar job of serving us. He was very kind and cooperated with us patiently and helped us make our Sunday amazing with the magnificent desserts of BBC. He guided us amazingly on call and we booked a Dunzo to have them picked up. There's a reason Marriott's service is unparalleled. Thanks so much Aniket!

Simply amazing. It's such a cool place. Cozy and you can spend hours reading around; sipping coffee; having awesome health food and to top it up with some amazing desserts. A special thanks to Paul. He simply made our day. My wife is gluten allergic and hence was struggling. Paul ensured that my wife got the food even if it meant getting a chef from the other restaurant as well as gluten-free dessert. Thank you Paul for bringing such a huge smile on my wife's face. JUST WHT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A MARRIOTT.

BBC is a great place to be in, their baking products, shakes and cakes are of different level and tasty. The Croissants, Pastries and waffles are amazing too but cakes, sandwichesand shakes are Awesome. Great place and ambience to be with family and friend's. Definitely a hidden jewel in JW Marriott. Wonderful place. Superb chicken tikka sandwich and cappuccino with condiments made in house. And service from our server Sarvesh and the rest of the staff was outstanding.

The pancakes were so thick, chewy, cold and definitely did not seem fresh off the pan...wasn't a pleasant experience at a "Mariott"

A perfect place to have snacks, desserts and much more. It’s but obvious that the interiors are extremely beautiful and charming as it is situated in JW Marriott Hotel.
