at
the
4.6
Star
rating
in
Google,
I
decided
to
buy
from
them.
That
was
the
biggest
mistake
I've
done.
This
is
the
worst
shop
I've
seen
so
far.
Firstly,
I
paid
50
rupees
extra
charge
for
delivery
and
surprisingly
they
dispatched
it
via
normal
Registered
book
post
service
of
India
Post.
It
took
about
20
days
to
arrive
at
my
place.
Even
more
surprising
fact
is
that
the
postal
charge
was
only
of
26
Rupees,
whereas
they
took
50
from
me.
Secondly,
I
explicitly
wrote
as
a
note
while
ordering
the
book
not
to
send
any
old/used
book
as
it
will
be
used
as
a
gift
purpose.
Now
after
I
received
the
book,
it
was
horribly
packed.
The
whole
packaging
was
torn,
just
covered
by
a
brown
paper
and
a
plastic,
that
was
also
torn
apart.
And
even
more
surprising
thing
is-
the
book
was
an
old
book,
full
of
dents,
full
of
dirt
marks.
I
am
attaching
some
photos
of
them
here.
I
now
regret
purchasing
from
them
as
I
could've
got
the
same
item
from
college
street,
for
much
lesser
cost
than
what
I've
paid.
It
was
a
total
wastage
of
time
and
money-
paying
extra,
wasting
time
waiting
for
the
delivery
and
then
receiving
a
old
used
book.
I
will
never
ever
visit
this
shop
again
in
future.
Now
I
feel
why
Google
rating
system
is
not
at
all
reliable,
because
it
can
be
full
of
fraud
reviews
given
by
the
shop
owner
themselves
and
their
relatives.

The

was
on
the
quality
of
your
product
as
well.
You
failed
to
impress
your
customer
in
terms
of
both
delivery
and
product
standard.

This
book
shop
owner
itself
is
a
fraud
person,
and
then
criticises
his
customers
for
negative
review.
See,
reviews
are
based
on
personal
experiences
of
your
buyers.
I
have
given
clear
and
sufficient
proofs,
which
justifies
the
negative
rating
I
have
given.
Do
not
try
to
be
oversmart
and
complain
about
my
review.
Your
response
does
not
justify
anything
regarding
my
negative
review.
I
have
clearly
stated
that
my
review
was
not
only
based
on
the
late
delivery
but
also
the
quality
of
your
product.
You
want
to
argue
about
this?
Then
carry
on,
I
have
sufficient
justification
to
prove
that
this
is
a
third
class
book
seller.
Also,
anybody
can
verify
with
that
consignment
number
that
they
have
posted
the
book
with
a
normal
registered
book
post
delivery,
which
costs
just
Rs
26.
But
they
took
Rs.
50
from
me
for
delivery.
