I just searched for sea food sizzlers and finally got De Bluefin . Really amazing one and the cost is very very nominal. I went with my family and ordered many items in the menu. All the items tastes are so good. Kids are enjoyed a lot and they suggested in future any non veg treat they preferred only De Bluefin... Special thanks for giving Mixed Sea food Noodles... The taste buds are enjoyed....

We had fresh rock lobster at 3 Rs per gram. One prepared with butter & garlic sauce, and the other with coastal spice. Both were amazing in their own right. I'd certainly come here again!

There are too many seafood restaurants in Pondy.. The fun is not to have the same home made taste and servings. Rather cook a live fish, choose your taste, and opt for the combo which comes with all types of fish.. Good for a family of three.,...Wov. It was just mouth watering and love the way these guys serve.. Yummmm 😋😋😋😋😋

The best seafood you'll find in Pondicherry. We ordered lobster in butter garlic sauce, grilled Red Snapper, squids and crab balls. Every single dish was outstanding. And so reasonable ...our total bill was under 2k!!!! Special mention crab lollipops which were fried yet not oily, the crust was super thin and crispy with generous crab filling. I'd highly recommend having a meal at De Bluefin because you don't want to miss this heavenly food experience.

Their lobster sampler was a delicious combination of sweet, spicy, tangy and creamy. It's smaller in size than other lobsters I've had but just as delicious. The restaurant was a great choice for quality affordable seafood. It's outside the tourist district in the local part of the city which is messy outside but inside you have cute hipster decor and good food.

Would say one of the best sea food restaurants in Pondy.. had a monster lobster weighing more than a kilo and was prepared to its best..People serving food here are super friendly and gave us a lot of choice to select from.. If you want to taste a big lobster or crab in a western style and Indian style, this is the place. Give a call to restaurant a day before for some exotic sea foods...

Food was delicious. But they are taking more time to serve the ordered food. The live fish menu is a bit more costly than the food in menu card. Overall it was a good experience. And good seafood.

Nice and unpretentious seafood restaurant with lovely waitstaff. I had the seafood sizzler (prawns, calamari rings and chunks of fish) in the European section of the menu, really a tasty dish, with its real garlic sauce, fresh and the price is very reasonable. Comes on a bed of shredded cabbage that was so good I wished there were more of it.

Very delicious food… not too oily and perfectly made.. Sanchit here helped us with the food and he can speak Hindi as well😄.. so really help full… and the service is top notch.

Simply superb. The staff and cooks were very good and very polite. Food was excellent. Lobster and crabs cooked to perfection. Apart from Crab and Lobster we ordered mixed fried rice and some soft drinks and soup. Definitely a must visit.

This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. Service was prompt and awesome, but the seafooood! Ordered the 899 seafood platter and every single item was delicious! The lobster and crab bites were soft, sweet and perfectly cooked. The grilled fish was out of the world in terms of freshness. Loved the garlic parsley rice too. All prices were reasonable. Would recommend a 100%.. one of the best seafood places in Pondi imo!

One of the highlights of my meal at this seafood restaurant was the crab lollipops and lobster dishes. The crab was succulent and flavorful, with a delicate texture that melted in my mouth. This place is located in white town and can be an option if you are in and around the place. squid 65 is a good option and in case you wanna try fulka and any meat curry, you should go for prawns or chicken chettinad.

One of Pondy's top seafood restaurants. This is a must try for anyone who enjoys seafood. We had ordered Bluefins seafood platter . All the platter items were good , except squid . Hope you people will improve on taste of squid . It’s Cost friendly with overall good taste. Delivery is quick with good customer support. Overall a good restaurant with a relaxing ambience. We will visit again for sure

We tried crab chettinad , pulka and ghee roti , the crab masala was very tasty. A must try item! But the bread was not tasty , and the quantity of bread was very poor. In the menu card 1 pulka is for 30 rs . And they provide 2 pieces. But the reality is a pulka is half the size of roti. In my opinion the crab chettinad was awesome and in the case of bread , the taste and quantity was very poor. And the ambience was also nice.

Two words! TOP NOTCH! Head over to this restaurant if you're curious to see what crab and lobster meat tastes like. Live crab and live lobster is highly recommended. Singapore style flavour for crab and coastal spices flavour for the lobster is the best.

*Tasted Crab for the first time in my life!!* Went to have food here 2times in the same day! Service and atmosphere is good! But the food is delicious!!!😋 Had coastal sea food platter for lunch..🔥 Sufficient for 2 but was little expensive.. Decided to have dinner here to try the crab for the first time in my life. ✨ But in dinner we had chettinad crab... And I must say it was the best dish I ate in pondicherry!! I even called the chef out to thank him for the food! ❤💞💯 Definitely recommend you to try the food here..💯💯

It is an average restaurant with limited seating. The space is quite less to accommodate more crowd. When we visited we had to wait for around half an hour for a table. The staff strength was quite less. Hence, there was no proper coordination. The sea food was great here Sea food platters were curated well Hoped to get more out of lobsters, though. We had: Sea food soup Sea food platter Lobster trio platter Fish fry Rice and prawns curry. Just considering the food part, it is a great place to visit.

Myself and my friend together looked for a good seafood restaurant and we ended up visiting De Bluefin today. The restaurant had a Very good Ambience. Greeted well and the staff showed good hospitality. We loved the food there!!! The cost of food is very nominal and a perfect place for a seafood lover. Fish Polichadhu - Taste superb and the fish was soo fresh and good in taste. Coastal prawn - Spicy prawn fry and the masala was very good. Squid Pepper fry - Loved so much. Prawn Briyani - Really loved the flavour and the prawns were cooked in proper consistency. Along with these we tried dragon fish and lobster bites, which didn't disappoint us. Those are also good in taste. On the whole we enjoyed the whole meal. Would Really recommend if you want to have some good sea food servings. We had Tried many around the city and this is one among the best. We had crossed this road many times, but we hadn't noticed this restaurant. We found it through online digging. So i would tag this restaurant as a Hidden Gem. Do visit and Enjoy your meal. Enjoy with your friends and of course, Highly recommended for families also.

We had a bitter-sweet experience at De Bluefin Seafood restaurant. After knowing that it was one of the most sought after eateries for sea food in Puducherry, we made it a point to have at least 1 meal at this place. But only 1 meal is something that one could try this place for. The ambiance was pretty chaotic which is both good and bad. The rush said a lot about the reputation of the restaurant but the lack of management by the staff made the experience a bit sour. We reached for lunch and there weren't any empty tables and there was no place to wait as well. The serving staff discouraged us from waiting as they were overwhelmed with the amount of diners. We mainly visited this restaurant for the lobster and we had a mixed experience there as well. The process of selection of the lobster was a new one for us as they let you handpick the one that you want to feed on and charge you as per the weight. Unfortunately, we were not served the one that we chose which was dismal. The serving staff was apologetic but the mismanagement was obvious here as well. The mango fish curry with jeera rice was a good choice and can definitely be tried.

I must say that the food served here is delicious and worth the price you pay for. Service from the staff was good and they were friendly. Even recommended some items from the menu that suited us well. Awesome place to enjoy seafood with friends and family, kid friendly too. Highly recommend that you pay these guys a visit!

Good for sea food lovers Price I feel bit costly Combo platter are good Only 2 people had lunch but the bill amount is 1800/- We choose 2 platters and it cost but we are not overloaded with those food. Our first try with Lobster and it's really good & feels big prawn. Service is good, they even helped to swap one of platter dish

Notice the high review and decided to give it a try. It wasn’t disappointing, it offered a decent dinning experience at a conventional cost. However the value for money is Something to ponder as it’s subjective. For us we ordered nithili 65 which was fresh and a good buy. The Chettinadu fish masala was a huge let down, due to the taste which is anything but Chettinadu and the fish were 6 Tiny pieces which casted a doubt over its value. Second I liked is the roti and phulka made out of wholesome wheat which is appreciated and it deserves full marks. The sea food fried rice was a mediocre. Overall good dinning for seafood 🦞 if the expectations are kept low. May be next time will try their platter to update review.

If you are a Sea Food lover then this is the place for you. Highly recommended for Sea Food delicacies. The staff over there is very friendly and always attentive. I had some Sea Food platter, the taste of which was something great and out of the world. This restaurant was recommended to me by one of my friend and it's really amazing and as a person I am very much delighted to have food there. Very tasty food with neat and clean hygiene too.

Best spot for seafood lovers near rock beach and white town area. Very tasty food served by staff having the best behaviour. Ambience is quite interesting and unique. However, keep some time in your hand coz you'll need some extra to lick your fingers properly. 😋 Happy seafooding.

3 star bcz the mutton biriyani was bad! No restroom, only handwash, Mutton biriyani rice was as usual but the pieces and no. Of pieces was bad, but the sea food was good, we tasted fish, crab and prawns, crabs were small so couldnt break the shells and eat the meat inside entirely.

The food taste is good. But the quantity of serving was quite less compared to the price charged. Also they don't serve alcohol. Atmosphere is also just ok. Washroom is very dirty. Also other than sea food dishes, any other dish is not very tasty. Sea food platter was tasty. But butter chicken was too sweet and not good in taste.
