I recently had an experience with Gallops Hyundai Panjarapol service department, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. While Mohit (the staff) was generally polite, the overall service process was quite slow and inefficient. I scheduled an appointment with my family in advance, but upon arriving, there was still a significant wait time & the answer was same as I received earlier visits! They literally Disappoint a lot me & my family. Moreover, communication during the visit was lacking. I received minimal updates about the status of my vehicle, and when I asked for more information, I often felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. In terms of the quality of Response , it was not acceptable. Overall, my experience with Gallops Hyundai Panjarapol service department was underwhelming. They could improve significantly in terms of efficiency, communication, and commitment the overall customer experience.

Not at all good service. Salesman will tempt you with less price and once you go they say price cannot be changed. Then after cancellation of booking they also do not want to return your money. They will say no balance in bank and cheque got returned. So they are scammers who scam you

We stay quite far from this showroom and which is very inconvenient for us to buy a car from so far.
