The main revenue stream for a retail outlet like raymond is repeat customers. And the best way to ensure that a customer comes back to you is to fulfill their "needs" more specifically what his requirements are. The sales team over here have failed to do so. They always try to oversell. I understand that a store has some sales target. But by trying to oversell, they are destroying the customers experience. Eventually customers realises that he has been mis sold or oversold. That particular customer would never want to visit the store again. Their fabrics are good. No doubt they are a very well known brand. But customer service is also a thing and this retail outlet should focus on it

Highly recommended if you are looking for wide range of formal clothing. They have their own tailors too! It's bit costly but worth stitching. Staff won't get tired/won't be rude while showing varieties of clothes.

There are two persons who sits on the billing counter. They are rude, don't give a smile to a customer. Speak in a proud manner. I was told a stitching charges of Rs. 550 for a trousers. When I reached to take the delivery, i was charged Rs. 650. When I asked about it they said why you didn't check while giving measurements. It was all my trust which has broken just because of these people.

The name itself says the brand and the quality. The staff is good too and changing room and all are decent. But I feel sometimes or most of the times they have little or no discounts even on the old collection and I feel it would then be better if we try shopping online for a better deal. But over all is a good place to get comfortable and stylish clothing.
