Tanveer was a thorough professional in his dealings with us . Once I gave him an idea of the kind of holiday I had planned for my family, he went ahead and ensured he booked premium properties for us in Gulmarg and Srinagar ( including a night at a houseboat ). Our Gulmarg hotel was a bit dated for sure, but then all hotels in that place are so except the very high end ones. He was also prompt in most communications with me and always picked up the phone or responded later if he could not pick up . When you are thousands of kms away , this is a reassuring thing. The drivers and vehicles he gave us for our trip were also good ones. Some suggestions to make the experience even better, especially in Gulmarg - a clearer list of inclusions and exclusions. For instance if the vehicle for sightseeing in gulmarg is an add on cost , that should be clearly mentioned in the travel agreement. And so on . Nevertheless , it was a pleasure to deal with Tanveer, he also ensured my mother’s 70 th birthday was celebrated with a nice cake he arranged. Being a tourist in Kashmir can sometimes be taxing on the mind, Tanveer takes away those tensions. Highly reccommended .

10 on 10 service. Did a 1 hour ATV tour of Gulmarg with this company and Tanveer was really professional and helpful in the booking process. The actual experience was really fun with some beautiful views of Gulmarg. You can even drive the ATV under their supervision and this was a highlight for me. Your guide will even stop and click photos of you if you wish. Definitely recommend!!

We had booked Kashmir trip for 9 days which included camping, trekking and sight seeing to off beat locations including Gurez, Bungus, Tangmarg and Butapathri. Tanveerji and team made sure all the arrangements and necessary permissions were taken before the journey. The entire team, lead by Tanveerji, is well behaved, well spoken and very accommodating. All our last minute requests, change in plans were taken care of. We had an unbeatable experience during the entire journey. Arrangements made for Camping at Tangmarg which included camping location, equipment, food and safety was so detailed that we were simply overwhelmed. Another such incident was the travel to Bungus valley - the road was in extreme bad condition due to rains the prior night, but the team stayed true to their commitment and still drove us to the location with extreme safety. The ride was adventurous but we never felt unsafe. They ensured that we visit the place and stayed with us the entire time. I can bet that no other travel agency would have even considered driving through those conditions. All the hotels, restaurants, campsites and the treks were properly chosen and well planned. Tanveerji and his team (special mention for Akash Bhai and Irfan Bhai) guided us at every step and ensured that we had everything we need. The team also helped us bargain with the locals and got us the best deals for shopping and other activities like Shikara rides, horse rides, etc. At the end, I would repeat - look no further than “Go Gulmarg Adventures” for your trip to Kashmir. Tanvir and his team are very nice and friendly, we had an amazing time in Gulmarg thanks to them! Everything turned up pretty well, I highly recommend them :) One thing to note is that Tanvir might not be very responsive in text but he makes sure that things are actually taken care of so it’s not a big worry.
