    Test results are reliable and sent on time. However, entrance has steep stairs, which is difficult for patients to climb. Also the place itself is very tiny and claustrophobic. Lady who took sample wasn't very efficient as patient bled for while after drawing and it was painful. No wheelchair accessible parking.

    Absolutely horrible service. Totally disappointed. Called your lab over 10 times today to get my report, all to no avail despite explaining the urgency of my situation. HORRIBLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS CALLOUS ATTITUDE.

    The worst and most inaccurate Tests will be done here....Was tested positive for Covid with 29CT value on 8th and again tested positive with CT VAlue 23 on 15 th i can understand Being positive but with a lower CT value not acceptable
