Third class service. Even if the app is showing it is ready for takeaway he’s telling we just received the order. Rude talk & pathetic behaviour! Never seen such domino’s branch yet

The first ever awful experience from Domino's store was from this branch. All ordered items were cold and pale and when raised a feedback the first person (Manju) said he'll refund me the paid amount and made me wait for a week. On my second feedback complaint the other manager (S Gowda) informed me that there is no refund and he'll compensate me with a pizza of side dish of my choice and asked me to contact him when I order again. Both are not receiving my calls. This is by far the worst customer service I've come across with Domino's. I didn't face such situation when order was done with V V MOHALLA store.

Clean and decent ambience , service takes a while

The food was good but the ambience was too noisy as they are using very heavy metal music which was soo irritating. Also the order took too long to be delivered inspite of being a dine in order. There's a lot to improve in terms of atmosphere amd service there.

I love my pizza at Domino's ,but when you order cheese burst it's consistency vary each time ,the preparation ratio difference is very clearly visible some time the cheese over flows .and some time the cheese is not visible at all I doubt is it really cheese burst I ordered kindly maintain the portion size and ingredients in standards.

I visited this outlet for the first time and it was nothing less than disappointing. The service is really slow. They don't provide you a bill/receipt for your order. The pizza was burnt on the sides and taste was not the usual. Never coming back to this particular Domino's outlet. Please avoid!!
