Ordered cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday…. Pick-up time was given 6pm and we reached at 7:15 still cake was not ready as per order….then they assured to get it delivered at my place after modifications and reached by 8 pm… but!!!! It was all damaged….better order from other established outlets…. Where you can get undamaged timely delivery.

Amit Katyal here i am from jagraon. i am regular client of winni cakes jagraon love there service nd quality but today's experience is very bad and embarrassing! i came with my wife first time there for buying some stuff. but there are 4 drunked guys sitting nd continually using abusing each other i felt very shameful as my wife come there ist time ! its a humble request to owner please stop entering that kind of people its not good for your business hope u take it seriously and take some actions ! thank you 🙏
