Very nice experience. Driver arrived on time at 5:30AM and we had a very good darshan at Tirupati. Car was an AC Dzire, which was clean and the driver (Rajkumar) was experienced and polite enough. He also told me about the NRI quota which doesnt need any pre-booking and we can go straight to the queue and purchase ticket at counter. (300 Rs special Darshan) The places where he stopped for Breakfast and Lunch were decent enough. Overall very good experience, i will be using them again.

This travel was a nightmare.. When I booked itself I requested to provide vehicle with good condition and good driver, they told sure but finally did the worst thing.. I booked in this Balaji travels T Nagar but car provided from Padamavathi travels, guess they all have some associates, not sure.. The Etios car provided to us was a scrap item, already completed 3.5 lakh Kilometre.. when car crosses 80 km speed, it's fully vibrating and feeling very scary.. We were very scared while climbing hills and coming down.. I had 2 small kids, it was a worst experience for me in my lifetime.. The drivers are given continuous trips itseems, he told he finished last trip just 4 hrs before and directly came to pick us.. he was checking WhatsApp and other stuffs in phone continuously while driving.. when I asked he told he feels sleepy, so he wants to divert.. i repeatedly told him not to see and he reduced somehow later.. every 10 mins I was reminding him to reduce speed, if I don't say, he is slowly increasing speed more than 100km in that scrap Etios car.. They charged 14k for my travels and they provided a worst experience to us.. The only good things happened is the driver came to pickup on time, happy with the punctuality.. Your trip depends on the driver and vehicle only.. some lucky people are getting both good.. my bad luck, I booked in this travels.. We had the worst ever experience with this travel Today. We booked for a 1 day Tirupati darshan package with a 5 seater car, thry sent a 6 seater car to us without even informing that it would cost 2.5k extra for the car. After starting the journey, the driver demanded money and refused to take us when we said we were not informed about the extra cost, morover we didn't even ask for bigger car. We paid the extra money and then only he started his journey, during the entire journey he was so rude and illbehaved. During breakfast, he shouted on us in front of everyone mentioning that we are late, but it was only 10 min we spent for breakfast, he was even very reluctant to turn on the Bluetooth of his car, his only intention was to make the tour complete somehow as early as possible, unnecessarily forcing us to spend extra money in every temple, as long they didn't even given any meal for my kid. We taken our parents for the first time thinking that we would provide them a good experience, but it turn the other way around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL TO ANYONE AND REQUEST TO THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING. The name of the driver is SETHURAMAN.
