Never trust their salesman’s words, they change it anytime. Bought a r rabit cycle from your online store. Used for 3 months then the trouble started. First lost a screw and nut, tried to repair from local store but the nut was not at all available in any repair shop in kannur. Then gave to your store in kannur after a week they retured with the screw. Then again the same problem started and this time it was bigger probelm… the pedal was just rotating without cycle. Again went to your store in kannur and they didnt even ready to listen to the compalints. Requested them to atleast suggest a repair shop where we can get it repaired. They were so rude and unprofessional. So atlast I left the cycle inside your store and left. I lost my money and cycle. I think they repaired that cycle and sold to someone else
