I was looking for land/property in Ranikhet but got shocked when saw same pictures showing for different projects as well as individual sellers’ listing. It was hard to understand which one is real. It took 3 days to visit different projects and finally met Mr. Niraj and Mr. Pathak at Silver peak and realised that many other individuals are using their project’s photos. It was really exciting visit as I liked the place, project and people and finally purchased a plot in this project. One more interesting thing is that people residing within the project are from different parts of country as well as from outside india and they live together as family. Mr Neeraj Ahluwalia and his team is extremely professional and handles the entire process very transparently. It was my lifelong dream to own a house in the lap of the Himalayas and thanks to Silver Peaks my dream is now realized !
