Original Review: Clinic experience was good on first visit for kid.. but the fillings done on for next two family members came off in two weeks. Charges for are bit higher.. Even for single tooth extraction, charge was 2500.

One of the best and finest clinic in Bangalore. Top notch treatment...they take care of everything whether its about patient consent or patient's treatment. Staffs are well behaved and all the doctors in this clinic are well experienced. Hygiene are well maintained.

I visited this clinic twice in the last few days for two different tooth cavity fillings. I must say that Dr. Thoyib, who took up my case was quite methodical in his approach. He explained to me the entire issue with the cavities along with some X-rays. The treatment was fairly quick and good quality, as I did not experience any serious pain either during or after the filling. The filling seems also to have held up well. The other staff in the clinic are also quite polite and supportive. The charges are on the lower side. They could reduce the wait time for the patients. Overall highly recommended.

Nowadays, Google reviews are something on which people rely a lot and that’s the advantage for fake clinics. I am staying in ITPL, seeing the reviews of Ident I approached the clinic for my Mom’s dental problem. Initial consultation was done with a dentist named Karuna who really trapped us and in first visit only took large amount of money with her false promises. But when she started the process of Root canal along with other doctor she did 3 tooth in one day in one shot and said finished, they are not bothered about wrong or right, very money minded From that day my mom is not feeling well and it’s been more than 10 days we are struggling, and when I asked her to proceed with slow pace then they asked me to pay the amount first. When I refused to pay, the other dentist Rohit pitched in and started scolding that he will stop everything, I need to pay right now, I paid approx 25k and just 3 RCT was done. I couldn’t understand how they are evaluating, they also mentioned if you go for any procedure we will adjust consultation and X-ray fees but they didn’t , my parents were surprised to see their behaviour and shouting for money for the work which they haven’t even started. I found that place very unethical and I thought of letting people know who get trapped and lose their hard earned money due to these fake people. Investigate properly as these people are spoiling reputation of trustworthy and ethical dentists .The RCT done by them also started falling off within 2 days ne they don’t care at all. Hope this review will help people to decide better.

I recently had a tooth removal done by Dr. Thoyyib, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The procedure was virtually painless, and Dr. Thoyyib was very professional, explaining treatment procedure very well.. Thank you very much.

Very pathetic experience and do not visit this clinic, their charges are too high and treatment also not good. I have visited first time with little gap between teeth, initial filling is not done properly and left some gaps without filling, after 2 days I have revisited and just said that its regular teeth gap. But again after 5 months again got pain and went for root canal treatment and their charges are very high without completion of treatment they charged twice. I have visited other clinic and issue got fixed.

I rarely leave reviews but this clinic is the deserving one. The entire ident team is very personable and professional. Dr Rohit Nair one of the finest practitioner I came across...He explains everything clearly and gives you the options before starting the treatment. I felt totally comfortable and the interaction was amazing. The whole team are very professional which I liked the most..! Just prebook the appointments to get get a hassle free from Waiting. I just had five metal ceramic caps placed on my upper jaw teeth. The price per cap also seemed reasonable. Guarantee card has also been given, now let's see how long it lasts. The doctor has also explained very well and recommend.

Worst experience ever . Money minded doctors who doesnt know basic ethics. I saw the reviews and went for treatment. Worst treatment I ever got. The fillings got lost within 1 day , when I went again they charged me the same amount extra for the mistake they did. I followed the instructions still it came out. I dont thnk the good reviews are from the ones who did treatments here. Its fake promotion since there are multiple clinics in the same area. Follow some ethics and practice. Do service not loot money from patients

Very good experience .I went there for the treatment of my teeth pain . The doctors were very supportive and friendly . They first make me understand about the cause of pain which was deep caries and root canal treatment was advised. The treatment charges were descent.And the entire procedure was comfortable. Excellent place for all type of dental treatments. I went there for my wisdom teeth pain. Doctors were very good and they explain me the entire cause of problem and treatment procedure. The charge was quite less compared to other dental clinics. Initially I was little scared but they made me comfortable and entire procedure was painless. Highly recommended.
