I took a women’s day offer and went for a full body massage… the experience was divine… the space itself gives you peace and Dr.Amrutha is a very positive woman with a healing touch. I wanted an ayurvedic traditional oil massage and couldn't have found a better place. Dr. Amruta is very experienced and she customized a package for me for full body relaxation that included head, face and full body oil massage, including sirodhara, steam bath. It was a really good and relaxing experience. She even recommended stretch excercise for spine, ayurvedic supplement for allergy and worked through the knots in the body. Highly recommend taking time out to get a good massage here!

All I can say is OMG. Well actually I can say more. It was absolutely amazing. Dr Amrita was welcoming and friendly. She fit in me and my 2 aunts last minute as we were due to leave Cochin in the morning. Firstly, her salon is stunning. It's so pretty and quaint. When you enter the treatment room, you are met with a darkened atmosphere that's calming. The bed is not your boring bed bought from a furniture store, I think it was stone (it was not uncomfortable). After the massage which is head to toe and amazing, you are given a steam bath, but it's an enclosed steam, I've never used this type before and don't even know how to describe it other than the fact it's like a barrell. Once you have finished with the steam, you are given items to wash your hair and a beautiful paste to remove the oil on your body which actually leaves you feeling soft. You then get dressed and are given a warm drink, not sure what it was, but it was really nice and light. I can't even fully describe how amazing the whole experience was and only wished we had something like this back in the UK. I will be telling others and if I ever visit Cochin again, this is one of the first places am visiting. I am pretty sad that any massage back home now will feel so rubbish compared to this. Would also like to add, I have an ileostomy and Dr Amrita worked around it with no issues. THANK YOU DR AMRITA.

She Veda is right in the heart of the city. Yet away from the hustle, with a beautiful ambience. The doctor and the staff are kind and considerate. They provide excellent service. I had restless leg syndrome that recurred despite a course of a six-month allopathic treatment. This time, I went to Dr. Amrita, and within a few days, I was all right. Later, I went to her again for an after-fracture treatment. She Veda has become the go-to place for all aches & pains. And the best part is that this is for 'Women only'.

First time I was in pain, I randomly googled and found this place. Even though busy, Dr. Amrita noticed the pain in my voice and immediately ask me to go over. She did the most amazing thing to relieve me of my shoulder pain and sinus related headache. She suggested I go back and do proper treatment. I was thinking about it, sitting in the front room. And I saw how she was so gentle with an elderly lady who had come for treatment. My mind immediately told me to get proper treatment with her. I frequent her now wherever I have pains. Her gentleness in approach and strictness when I don't follow doctor's instructions is what I love about her. She genuinely wants you to get better and it is highly reflected in her actions. I highly recommend this place because it is safe for women of all ages. For me the safety in a massage treatment place is most important.

It's a shame that Google allows only 5 stars. I'll start by saying that I'm quite a massage enthusiast and make it a point to walk in for atleast one wherever I'm traveling. But all the massages I will experience going forward will always feel sub-par after my time at She Veda. Firstly, Dr Amrutha has really put in her time and efforts into setting up the center, you can see her attention to detail. From the minute you step in, the otherworldly aura of the place puts you at ease. All the equipment used have such a rustic, authentic charm. She and her team are the right balance of thoughtful and professional. They make you feel cared for, they don't treat you as just another customer who's walked in. They know their craft and that shows in their techniques. If you're ever in Kochi and can do just one thing, let it be this. I would probably come back just for many more sessions of this.
