    Awesome experience to know about yourself and your body better and helps you become emotionally stronger. I'm totally humbled and greatful to Samhith Sir and Praveena Mam for this opportunity and their indepth and vast knowledge about this subject is commendable. Thank you Guruji n Mam for helping me come out of my sorrow phase of my life and now looking forward to take up advanced level in meditation and yoga classes as well. I request everyone to take up these classes and experience that eternal self once in a lifetime and helps you to have a better lifestyle for eternity.

    This is the best place with an excellent yoga coach.......maam is an expert trainer......my mind, body and soul are relaxed......the type of yoga designed are amazing..... Dynamic meditation helps in calming down and increases energy levels......

    Master Samhith gives a very detailed and informative overview and taught why Meditation is needed in our day to day lives. What changes happen slowly and drives motive and interest to do things in our life and I’ve started experiencing the above. More over learning meditation and habituating gives ‘me’ time that plays over a major part in us. I’ve really liked his technique and started to see things in a different perspective in myself. There’s nothing new to learn or practice about it as it’s a part and parcel of our existence. It’s totally getting ourselves in a right way. Very eager to join for the advanced programme.     First of all a big thanks to Akshobhya foundation for organising the mediation class for beginners. I really loved the way that Samhit Sir took us through from the basics till the details all these 21 days. He was gracious enough to cut down the techniques in to simple forms and practically show us on the implementation. Had heard that the entire mediation process was relaxing plus beneficial but really experienced it with this session. I really enjoyed the sessions and would recommend beginners like me to join the journey of learning, assure that you won’t be disappointed.

    I have taken yoga and meditation classes at Akshobhaya foundation. I had always wanted to learn proper technique for meditation. The classes here are very helpful and well organised for everyone to learn meditation and yoga with correct techniques. It has brought several changes in me and after some more practice, I also plan to take the advanced classes as well.

    At the right time, I went to Akshobhya for a meditation session. I felt positive after attending the class. I really like the way you educate people and explain the theory and spiritual science behind everything. Master Samhith psychology tips are helpful to understand yourself. Thank you both Master Ji, for their kindness and helpfulness to others.

    This is a best place for Yoga(Dhyana chikitsa Yoga). I had issues with lot of stress, which led me to insomania, anger, frustrations. After coming to hereof 2 months, it has reduced and i have good sound sleep without any frustrations and over thinking in night. My weight has also reduced nearly 4 . 2 kg without any diet. Inch loss also happened easily. Trainer mam is so kind and teaches us the techniques to reach the posture properly so that we don't get any unwanted pain in body.

    I have improved my breathing levels , it helped me to concentrate on things wt I am doing , and the master’ s way of teaching is nice and very effective While doing this I can able to stop my overthinking thoughts..we can feel relaxed and stressed out. It is an amazing program..

    One of the best decision I have taken in 2024 is joining this meditation class.I can see the change in my life. The way think, do things, accepting others. Positivity increased a lot... I suggest who ever want to join mediation this is best place. No 2nd thought just join. Fee also offardable.
