Very bad.. Service is bad... lots of Mosquitoes in the room. Bathrooms not clean. Worst food quality. Low quality things. Sweeming pool is not clean. Overall bad experience.

One of the best places to stay at Lonavala Wonderful people with great hospitality and food. It was the best stay we had at Greenwood resort villa venture lonavala . Rooms and bedding is very clean. Nature at it's best. Thank you everyone, for such a wonderful hospitality. We appreciate your efforts in making travellers feel at home. Planning soon for my next visit with my family & friends.

Well we had visited this villa lately and i must say i had one of the worst experiences of my life . I can list down some of the drawbacks : 1)pool was not clean at all ,very untidy 2)no cleanliness in the villa,no water for drinking, kitchen area was the worst 3)lights keep on triping whenever you switch on the tv and watch something. No one is there to actually look after service is literally poor. So it's totally a waste of money .

The property is very good spacious, decently maintained. There are 5 bedrooms, all with attached washrooms which are well maintained. There's is no drinking water available in the bungalow. Selected food is available, vegetarian have a challenge. The service is pathetic, don't even expect a cup of tea before 9am - the care taker told us this quiet point blank, overtly rude. We had to order all food from nearby restaurants, Swagat for Veg & Sunny Da Dhaba for N.Veg... Basic breakfast like Poha & Omlette was made available. Location is ok, around 12 km from Lonavala. Lights go often, although they have inverter & a generator both are available for limited time. The pool is more of a storage tank then for it's original objective, we found dead mice in it. Overall not really a great experience, not recommended to others...

I am really regret to tell you that I haven't seen an unhospitable villa till now like Sahyadri villa.Bad service, pathetic washrooms, no hot water,electricity keeps tripping, dirty beds n bedsheets, no drinking water, no hand towels,no tissues etc....you name it n all the discomforts are there. Will never recommend this villa to anyone...especially with small kids or toddlers. It's ok for batchelors but not for families.

Villa is very neat clean...it is luxurious farm house resort for enjoying holidays ,service is also good,best for 5 family.distance from bhushi dam and pawna dam is near about 20-30 km

I didn't like this villa service. The care taker was very rude and careless. They didn’t provide us water, The water purifier doesn’t work,TV was not operated in the rooms except for hall.They did bot even provide us extra mattress. We kept calling the caretaker but he didn’t respond. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

The toilets were not maintained properly and the external huts were still being constructed. The TV had all the services of OTT and staff was good.
