TL:DR- They lack professionalism in every piece of offering. Complete review- I have been here two times. No steam bath available here. Staff had not informed me this prior to making booking or payment. AC doesn’t work- they use a cooler instead. All disposables keep flying due to the fan moment which results in a pathetic experience overall. While I was rescheduling my booking - I had confirmed twice for the preferred therapist. Even after confirmation other therapist was allocated. The manager Shaikh was not the best soft spoken person. I was charged for some amount and billed for a lesser amount and there where other gen heated discussions before the session which spoiled my whole mood. All in all I would think twice before visiting here again so should you. I shall update in future if any of the services improve.

Extremely bad condition of the spa! Being a member of Meghavi, I always like the ambience of other branches. Unfortunately, I had been to Meghavi in Katriya hotel and felt the ambience and infra of this branch is not on par with other branches. The AC was not working and they had kept a cooler in the room. The structure and interiors of the place is quite old and not well maintained. The only reason I am giving it 3 star is because of the good service I received from the massage therapist. If I were to rate it based on the location and infra I would have given it not more than 1 star. Not worth the money.

I had an absolute amazing experience at this Spa. I came in for a full-body massage and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They guided me to the bathroom/locker room where they provided clean robes and sleepers. The locker room was very clean with a sauna inside, which I definitely used. I then got the best massage. Very relaxing but also deep enough to get rid of some shoulder/neck tension I was holding. Highly recommend.
