Very good socity, with everything perfect. Security is very good. U cnt pass the gate without them frisking u. Very good playing area for kids, with rides available. Very large & systemayic parking area. Very neat & clean and very well maintained society.

Nice residencial society. Has a hill view and nice breezy environment. Very close to Powai Lake makes it a good property. Access road is quite wide and had usual traffic. At night the road can get deserted as it is surrounded by commercial estates which shut down by 8.pm. Presence of commercial cargo vehicles is high, sometimes leading to chaos by antisocial elements/ person

Best place to stay, right at the center of Chandivali & Powai. It’s a complete residential area and the building has kids play area, garden, dedicated car parking. Ventilation is good in the room and rooms are very spacious- it’s bigger than any other Mumbai localities room.

Well maintained society, ample parking for members and well built flats. Only flaw is visitor parking is missing cars are to be parked outside on the road. And approch road to the building is pathetic and has too many potholes

Its a decent complex with regular lobby and 2 lifts for each wing... stair cases are broad enough to carry any big furnitre to required floors.. has ample amenities and since it is near L&T it has good connectivity to sakinaka metro, New link road to malad and powai to eastern highway. Also very close by to airport.
