Good location and locality. Good point is power back facility available when power off then lift and pasage ,parking light is ON. Daily cleaning , and west management is good. All yearly festival arrangements. Water 24 hrs available. One minus point is bachelors available in all floors hence not secure to family and ladies.

One of the good residential complex in this vicinity. It has ample amount of open space. Children park for kids. Ample parking space. The internal roads are quiet wide to accommodate residents sports such as badminton, cricket. A club house building is constructed bit not functional as interiors are pending. 24X7 MIDC water availability. Good power back up in case of emergency.

Even after four years builder has not completed Club house, not completed sale deed, all parking sold but not provided common parking.
