No swimming pool at such a costly hotel. Breakfast was also below mark. Service was very slow and poor like it took more than 15 mins & 3 requests to get 2 toasted breads (when 4 were asked) when only around 10 people were dinning... It's only positive is that it is close to Airport, otherwise nothing good about this hotel especially at this price.

Had a lovely experience staying at lemon tree. Neat and clean rooms. Hospitable staff. Buffet dinner and breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to try. Overall I had a very good stay with family. Not to mention that the kids of the family never wanted to leave this place 😂

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Hotel Lemon Tree Port Blair during our visit to the Andaman Islands. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warm and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and attended to our every need with a genuine smile. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable bed provided us with a restful night's sleep, ensuring we were well-rested for our daily explorations. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. We appreciated the convenience of being close to various attractions and amenities, making our excursions around Port Blair effortless. Furthermore, the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel, including common areas and facilities, did not go unnoticed. The maintenance of hygiene protocols provided an added sense of security, especially given the ongoing global circumstances. Our stay at Hotel Lemon Tree Port Blair exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and delectable dining options made our trip to the Andaman Islands truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free stay in Port Blair.

It is a fine place if you aren't much into luxury... This is not the regular pompous lemon tree hotels that we have been to before.. Located just opposite to the Andamans airport its mostly a transfer hotel.. The staff is quite pleasant and helpful despite its low strength. .

Get out of airport, cross the road, reach here! Never seen a hotel so close to airport and it's a great property. Large rooms with high quality bathrooms, amazing restaurant and bar. Only thing missing was a swimming pool. Definitely worth staying mostly due to location

To start with this is not some kind of paid review by some competitor. I am great fan of Lemon Tree Hotels and I have stayed in lemon tree hotels at various locations throughout the country. Probably that is why I am bit extra disappointed with this stay. The first impression of the hotel from outside looked good and its accessibility from Airport is a huge plus point. But I think the plus points end there. While the staff is courteous the overall ambience inside the hotel is very average. Rooms are standard and basic things like toiletries were missing. Hand wash and Shampoo have been kept in big bottles for multiple use. Stay in the room overall was average. No feel of any premium touch. The biggest disappointment came from the food part. Breakfast on the both the days was very very basic. The waiters were courteous but had no answers as the decisions for cost cutting is taken by the top management it seems. Dinner was average too. The hotel is being run on franchise basis and I think Lemon Tree should intervene more to maintain the standards what it is known for.

Location right opp airport! Perfect location. Room is not 5 star for sure. It’s a top 3 star because the bathroom amenities, quality are not branded. It’s all ordinary products most likely not very safe on skin. Similar to OYO. The hotel charges exorbitant prices. Not worth the money at all. Although the airport is opposite, you can’t really walk because the walk with bags is cumbersome. It’ll take good 5-6 mins to walk on the main road with lots of traffic. We requested for an airport drop. They charge 350/- one side. Literally looting money. Finally spoke to a private cab owner who agreed to drop us for 150/- for the same car. Avoid this hotel if you are looking to spend a night to take a flight. Much cheaper options available nearby. Don’t waste your money.

First of all when I saw the photos of this hotel I didn't thought It would be that great. But the services are too good and the rooms are clean, luxurious and spacious. The washroom is also very clean. Very nice food and buffet for breakfast and dinner is too good. They are constructing a swimming pool also. The connectivity to airport is also very good (just 200 meters). Best 4 star hotel to stay in Port Blair

While searching different restaurants in Port Blair, this places name came up. We decided to give this place a visit. They have a restaurant on the left side of ground floor. The services were slightly slow as they were managing a number of guesrs with a less number of staff. Food wasn't that great but the portion was enough. All items were very costly for no reason. The staff was courteous. They compulsorily charged 10% service tax despite the Govt banning it. Frankly, You wouldn't be missing out anything if you miss out on this place.

A great property, right opposite Port Blair airport exit gate. The rooms are clean and spacious and they have a great team of polite and nice staff. Specially the restaurant Citrus serves amazing food and have a great bunch of boys serving wonderful meals. Call out to the Chef - Raja Chakrabarti for curating special lunch for us. Big Thanks to the folks at be restaurant team Bidhan & Krishna. Highly recommend for good stay, great food and wonderful hospitality.

I was impressed by the attention to detail and the modern amenities provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, coffee/tea maker, and a well-stocked minibar.

Best part of the hotel is the location. Cross ghe airport and wohoooo you are here! So yeah we stayed a single night just to catch flight the next day so it took us literally 2 mins to reach the location. Its completely No Smoking so if you are smoker you need to visit exit door often. Food Quality is Good. For a single day tour recommend. One more thing, price is quite high comparing the rooms.

Stayed with family for three nights while on vacation and was extremely disappointed with the food and housekeeping. The chairs in both rooms were broken. There were no hand towels kept and even after asking multiple times, the staff kept saying that they have gone for drying till the end of the stay. The bath towels were also not clean. We had opted for Breakfast and dinner buffet. The spread, taste, and even service in the restaurant was not upto the mark. The food was not even hot.

Excellent hotel, the brand speaks for itself. The hotel had such a nice aura about it. There were fragrant candles lit throughout the corridors. The rooms were top notch and the service was amicable. Not to mention the location of the hotel. It cannot get better than that. The only thing I felt that could improve was the breakfast buffet. It was really simple with not much variety for the price being paid.

Food prices are very high compared to the quality of food. The rooms are not provided with mineral water bottles and only tap water is available. Very expensive compared to the services provided. Hotel is exactly opposite to airport.

Hotel is just opposite to the Airport. You can walk and enter in the airport. It's a good place if you need hotel near the Airport. Autos are easily available. Food is good. Check in very easy and service is really good. Breakfast options are good. They have one gift shop inside. Room is good with all amenities . Limited Channels available on TV. Whatever you need they will try to help . Buffet options are good.

An excellent hotel having very friendly and courteous staff members along with very hard working security team specially Mr. Deepak. Delightful food was served under chef Rajib’s guidance. They will go extra mile to make sure the stay is of utmost comfort for us. Overall an extremely nice experience and highly recommended hotel at Port Blair.

It is always a good choice to pick a hotel that is very near the airport and Lemon Tree Hotel is only 200 meters away from the airport making it an excellent choice. The rooms are generously sized. And if you're into swimming, a must try is their wave pool on the ground floor. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to give us a positive dining experience. Lemon Tree Hotel is truly a great place to stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights on separate occasion. Located just opposite current airport gate, actually walkable. Hotel is preparing a swimming pool too as earlier govt didn't allow those. Food is nice, the staff in hotel and restaurant is very nice and friendly. Loved the stay here.

Was here during Christmas of 2022 with family and friends. The hotel is practically, walking distance from the Airport. You can walk out of the airport, cross the road and you can walk into the Hotel. Tastefully done interiors, the complimentary breakfast buffet is a big hit., with plenty of options to keep you going for the rest of the day. There is a small swimming pool that kids will enjoy and a gift/souvenir shop. The Hotel is well maintained. Will visit again.

Good and clean rooms. TV channels selections - very good. Almost all channels. Staff courteous. Good buffet meal at Citrous restaurant. ( However, roti/ naan were becoming hard when cold. Hence chapathi option suggested) No newspaper even in lounge. Free wi fi in rooms also.

Best hotel for ambience, location and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Security guard named RN Jha is very polite and helpful so do speak with the guy to know about the conditions existing on the island. Reception staff are also very good. Facilities like swimming pool is good for kids, buffet is amazing here, conference room for conducting meetings or birthday parties. Overall best hotel close to perfection in terms of everything

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is at walking distance from the airport. I stayed there for three nights. Breakfast is good. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. I have chronic back problem n when traveling, what i miss is my hard mattresses. However when i communicated my back pain to hotel management they were extremely cooperative n Mr abhishek Pandey n Mr Manu arranged one hard mattress for me. It is like these small yet good deeds by which impression is left for perpetuity. I will always be thankful to mr pandey n mr manu for making my vacation smoother. Overall the experience was brilliant. Those visiting port blair must try this hotel.

I loved the spot ,service , food ,staffs responding every thing here. They had maintained very well cleanness. Every staffs are very good. The most important fact is that the international Airport is exactly opposite to the hotel which is more convenient for travelers.

Stayed at Lemon Tree for a total of 5 days and had a great time. The staff is very friendly and professional, will attend to your needs properly. The only thing that came close to being unpleasant was frequent power outage (a problem across Port Blair, not only at the hotel), which is taken care of by power backup in a matter of a few seconds. The food served was average and the kitchen is open only between 7.30am-10.00pm.

  • 1/5 Abhishek S. 1 year ago on Google
Pathetic service as they cannot cater 40 people at one go as they themselves say these many footfalls they get in weeks time hence if your group is planning to visit and enjoy food then forget it as the hotel will get panic attack. Also if you order certain dish then you cannot place other orders like lime soda or any soft drinks as they would need an hour or too to fulfill it. More than restaurant it seem like platform stall.

Known brand of hotels. You could simply walk from the airport to the hotel. However not recommended for people wanting an ocean view from their room. Tourist wanting a place to relax and enjoy the ocean view could also explore other options such as Hornbill Resort located at Corbyn's Cove.

  • 5/5 Saloni R. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is decent but the bathrooms are small. Food is average in taste but does have a variety. The hotel rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is 100%. The plus point is the location opposite to the airport and the wave pool on the ground floor is fun.

  • 5/5 Shradha M. 1 year ago on Google
This hotel is just opposite the port blair Airport like just 600 to 700 mtrs. So you you and just walk and arrive to this place. Easily accessible from city too. They have good rooms, only what we didn't like is the breakfast. To be specific we didn't like taste as well as the didn't find options as it is usually there for breakfast. Apart from breakfast I would recommend the stay here.
