Highly disappointed. 1. From last 2 weeks only one lift is working. There are near about 100 flats in each building but working lift is 1. Reason no funds for maintenance. 2. Occupancy of bachelor are more as compared to family. Some of them are good but 90% are not responsible. Driving the there vehicle like race is going on. Don't care might children playing or old people walking around. Loud music in late night. If security interfaces they getting beatings... Plus their parents supporting them for bad things 3. After such issues some owners renting their flats to bachelor's. 4. Lot of other issues but no 9n3 bother to take care of issues. One year back society was good for living family but now it become worst. If situations stays like this then God knows what will be the situation.

One of the worst project ever seen . Security person is there but no security at all . Anyone can reach to your doors. At the time when you come to see the society a lot of promises are made but as soon as you start living you'll find the bubble has blown. No one is there to listen your complaints. The maintenance staff ask for money for the work. Maintenance manager will not pick your phone. The 80% flat of the society is occupied by tanents but the maintenance team and management not even listen to them. When someone complaints he'll become a villain. Don't have option to mark negetive so 1 star otherwise ratings are -5. And at the last , even after reading above you still want to reside , please don't take the help of staff of Mahima group.

This was worst experience with their guards recently, I drive an ola cab and recently dropped two of customers and when I entered in this premises so guard gave some expression I thought that it was for the customers and when I started coming back so one guards stopped me and asked me to come by another side' everything was okay till that time but I asked him that you should have told me by earlier at the time of entrence that I need to some by another side, his expressions were very rude and he was very abusive and I thought I should complain someone else about his behaviour so I went to exit gate and told this other guard so all of them got very rude and when I asked his name then one of them came to me and his words were that "Jaa mera naam le de jisko Lena hai and Aaj ke bad y cab yha laa ke dikhana". I seriously don't understand that what kind of behaviour and what kind of respect they guys are giving to the people. If anyone can make them understand so please do this is very disappointed. Property location is really good with a nice view, layout is amazing compare to other projects I met with sagar who helped me to show flats without any hustle. He’s is very humble.
