I recently got my Contura Vision lasik surgery by Dr Rahul Shukla at T.N Shukla eye hospital. Firstly , Dr Rahul Shukla is one of the best doctors I've ever visited. He is brilliant , smart as well as very gentle with his patients. I'd be forever grateful to you, Sir. The lasik process was completely smooth and hassle free right from pre- lasik test to the post operative checkups. My surgery hardly took 12-15 mins. Believe me I was so scared but you won't even feel a slightest discomfort in the surgery. Dr. Shukla's experience and his way of doing is exceptional. Lastly, Manish Bhaiya Thankyou so much for making this process super smooth. You were always there to assist me before , during and after the surgery. Doctor and the entire TN shukla staff was so friendly and helpful everytime. I would like to start off by saying Dr. Rahul Shukla is one of the smartest ophthalmologist around. Moreover, the doctor is not only dexterous but a good communicator as well. I've seen quite a few specialists in the USA but none were good enough for me to trust them with 'Contura Vision Lasik' surgery. I contacted quite a few hospitals like Eye7, Medanta, AIIMS Delhi, Shankar nethralaya, and LVPEI in India before deciding to get Contura vision from London when I moved there in a month. The reason being, I wasn't sold on the idea of the doctors being competent enough based on online reviews. But i was told to visit Dr. Rahul Shukla by my brother before I left the country. I was impressed by his apt explanation of the procedure pre, during, and post op. He explained to me how there were 24 markers he was going to test for to determine if I'm suited for the surgery. After the tests I was told that the surgery will be performed in Indore because the only machine that can perform the surgery in MP was located there. Dr. Rahul Shukla performed the surgery himself with a skilled staff with the entire operation taking less than fifteen minutes for each eye. The recovery is currently going smoothly and I am informed of the precautions i need to take after the surgery as well. Overall I loved the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get an eye exam or Contura Vision surgery. I almost forgot to say this, TN shukla hospital also offers the best value for money. My entire surgery cost was much lower than what would have been if I had got it from Delhi, Hyderabad or Chennai. Thank you Dr. Rahul Shukla for letting me be able to see clearly again after almost 12 years. P.
