👍👍 Awesome place. It's like heaven on earth. Must visit If coming to madikeri. You will see and feel the clouds flowing all around you. Just unforgettable. Note: few jeep drivers claim the road isn't proper and will ask about Rs1500 as rent to take to that place just ignore. There is a good road till... People often mention road,

Note: few jeep drivers claim the road isn't proper and will ask about Rs1500 as rent to take to that place just ignore. There is a good road till a turn, about after 10km, where you can see only one shop and a unfinished road to left. From there only vehicles like jeep can go (about 2-4km). You can hire a jeep there for about 600Rs (10 persons max I guess). Bargain works. Ask the locals for directions. TIP: keep goin on road to the left. You will get a split road just take left. Google map isn't giving right location. Take the road to mandalpatty.

Awesome place trekking place. Look around and you will find only lush green mountains all around you. Fog and greenery makes its a awesome places spend maximum time with nature. Beware of local cabs drives they will charge you 1500rs for taking you his place from a junction near Abbey falls saying it as off road and all but any vehicle can easily go dont worry and enjoy.

One of the best places around Madikeri. We went by car, 18kms from Madikeri, last 4kms we had to hire a jeep. They charge a bit high. 800Rs for an hr. And 25rs per head when you reach the point where you have to start climbing. If you have an SUV or you are very good at riding bike then you can take your own vehicle. View point is simple awesome! It's too windy up there. The wind is so strong that it will even push you, overall a great place.

Excellent view and Jeep riding we need to go on their vehicles only because that is completely soil and stone roads our cars are to reach to the Jeep point from there they will take to top on their vehicles, reach by 5.30 at least so they will take to the top don't miss sunrise.

Wonderful vantage point from which you can see far and wide. The road is motorable uptill the last 3km where you can either walk up or hire a Jeep . After almost a nightmare up a non existing road you finally reach the top where the view is great , worth all the effort. Best time to visit is post monsoons otherwise the area will be covered in fog and you won't see much.

Its heaven here. Some experience can't be described through words. The climate and place is just dope. Anyone would love to visit again here. I came here with my friends. It was a roadtrip and we had like 13 bikes and we thoroughly enjoyed. We are from kerala and the roads to this place is also good. Coorg is actually called madikeri and most of the tourist place exist here. We visited abbi falls too . It was good but you can't compare it with the experience we had here. All foggy and really harsh path but we decided to travel in bike. If you're really professional in those take offroad bikes here. Stop by and have the best experience. Keep visiting. I hope this review helps

Best place to visit around Madikeri. Have to pay the entry fee ₹ 200. Monsoon season is the best time to visit. Road condition is critical. Not recommended for cars, Only for SUVs.
