Fraud sales team and builder. They have cheated us for 2 long years misleading us on agreement. We booked the plot as agreed cost in 2021 and till now waiting for agreement. We gave booking amount whenever team asked for and Now builder is demanding as per current rate. And not ready for agreement. They also said possession will be in Nov 2021, till today construction is not ready. My request to new buyer is- Do NOT buy plot D33 and D34 as we have already booked it

Dear Citizens, I am also being cheated, I booked the plot in March 2021. Since then I have aggressively followed with the Naiknavare team, visited the site for more than 70 to 80 times in past 2 years. Despite of follow up there was never a single communication proactively received from Builder or the sales team to move forward on the agreement . Till date there has been no official communication from the sales team on proceedings. The booked plots were not not even passed with the bank. I brought this to sales teams notice in July 2022 that please get the APF letter for me to get loan sanction. Now when I am ready with my loan pre-sanction since last 3 months , suddenly the builder is coming and asking us to pay @current rate per sqft or threating us to cancel our booking. I don't know if this is the sales tactics or intentionally been done. But whatever the case , we are very much cheated. I am joining this protest. Even 1 star does not seems worth while putting this review but there was no option. I will too request customers likes us whose bookings were cancelled by the builder /sales team for similar reasons to please join us in this protest.

The details shared by sales people wasnt accurate.they are charging for fsi as well and not just for plot.visited the site.too expensive for thr location.plot cost varies with view and varies by around 1000 INR. It is still under booking but not worth the money.

We visited this place to check the bungalows. We experienced that the 4BHK bungalows are confusing and infact are not independent bungalows. The 3BHK bungalows are really good and we liked them very much. We did not go through their apartments or plots area.

I am writing this from another account as I am not able to write a reply to yours on my previous review. Please provide one one official demand asking for a particular amount. Please do not misguide other customers and put the blame on me one sided. I was told about the same tactics used by your sales team on some other plot booked before us. It was me following up everytime with your sales team pn going for agreement please check the email communication for your reference. I am anyways following up to put this in the consumer court and will seek justice there. You can also provide evidences there. I also know how you convinced my friend asked him to write note and despite of his payment you asked him to pay a additional. Your team member are so much outspoken that they treated me as if I was a beggar. I can name each one your team members whom I was in contact. The citizens are well educated and they can decide for themselves. Your false statements and justification are only showing that you are trying to cover up. There was a review by my friend as well which is now removed but you know he did raise the same concern and issue. You can pat your back for successfully cancelling my booking, harassing me and offcourse earning some extra money. But the truth is that you were delaying to take advantage of the situation and corner me later.

This project is incredibly beautiful! Surrounded by nature, it's a peaceful and lovely place.

The sales team was amazing and cooperative. Every query regarding home buying was answered.

Township plan, it's a good place to have a home
